Filly In The Box has been in overdrive lately, and most of the tracks that have come of it have been really impressive! A dark atmosphere and good use of processed vocals builds into a melodic drop with some nice bass interjections at times. The composition throughout the track is also really interesting, as usual. A surprising amount of people have been asking us to cover this, and since we used to report on oldschool 4chan pony drama back in the day, I figured it might be interesting to look into it. We were born out of the fires of the comics and cartoons board over there after all.
If you aren't in the know, the image board got itself a pony section back in 2012 after many a thread was deleted. Back then, Friendship is Magic was pretty much taking over the nerd sphere of the internet, so instead of spending all day deleting cartoon horses, they decided to just contain it into a single section and ban it everywhere else.
If you have no idea what 4chan is, I wouldn't recommend going there. It has a very... unique culture, and is filled to the brim with NSFW material, even in the supposedly safe sections. That's not what we are here for though. This is about Anonfilly, so lets get to that below!

When Shadow Play aired back in October, a lot of people said something along the lines of "this should've been the movie!"
Personally I think a better thing to say would be, "Can this even work as a movie?"

Elias Frost's covers are great, but his original tracks are just as good and it's great to see another one from him! This one's sung from Flash Sentry's point of view about Sunset Shimmer, and has a classic guitar and drum beat that lays the framework for some really entertaining blues-y vocal work.
