Applejack usually isn't the first pick for merchandising from what we've seen over the years. It may be due to her lack of pink, purple, rainbows, or the difficulty of her hat... but Twilight and Rainbow Dash are usually the dominant mares here.
Mexico is changing that! Apples got her own cereal over there under the Great Value family. I wonder how it tastes?

The merchandise flood continues. A company called Blankie Tails has released a line of My Little Pony themed blanks shaped like fins. Both adult and child versions are available on their online store now. Have some links:

So… as probably everyone in the United States knows, the most important American Holiday happened on November 24th. I am of course talking about Black Friday!
(What did you think I was talking about Independence Day? Please, everyone knows shopping is far more important than the shot that was heard around the world.)
So in the spirit of the holiday, I made a purchase. I actually made a couple of purchases, but the one which is important to this blog is pictured above! Behold! There are two unopened boxes of My Little Pony: The Movie Trading Card Fun Packs by Enterplay! Yes sir, 48 packs of My Little Pony trading cards are just waiting to be opened! So, let's dive into opening those packs and see what we get after the break!

Ponies At Dawn have released a bunch of albums this year and to finish it off with a high there is a new charity release featuring 60 classic tracks from the fandom's producers. The music on the album is new to Ponies At Dawn, having previously been released by the artists over the last few years. The album is available for free or pay what you want over on Bandcamp, with donations going towards the Save The Children charity. The next release from Vylet's Tales From Equestria album, this track is more of a showcase of what the album is about than the previous feature was. A soft, intimate acoustic feel combined with gentle sultry vocals make for a somewhat melancholy atmosphere, as it tells a tale of lost friendships. Check it out below!
