Suskii returns with a collab, pairing up with Glitchling to bring some pretty awesome melodic dubstep. Infused with just the right amount of aggressive sound design, there's some pretty powerful and heavy chords too to really bring across the melodic aspects of the piece. The pads in the break are pretty nice and it strikes a nice balance of energy throughout the track. Give it a shot below the break!

Crusad3r brings the wubs back with this heavy Zecora-themed track combines dubstep sound design with some powerful strings and some trap-style vocal chop influences. It's a pretty neat combo, and Crusad3r's definitely been able to make his music a lot more interesting lately. Check it out below the break!

(Since some are freaking out - No, EQD is not shutting down anytime soon and the fandom isn't dying. The fandom is changing with the rest of the internet)
With how crazy this season is looking to be, and how quickly it will end with Canada's releases, I figured it's a good a time as any to get this post up.
I'll be honest, EQD doesn't really recover from hiatuses. Every time we get a massive gap between new seasons, we shrink for good. We are looking at a hiatus the size of the season 3-4 one with this schedule, which is a tough pill to swallow here. With a smaller EQD, a lot less people are getting noticed. Content creators are having to resort to clickbaity thumbnails and titles, or praying to the Google and Youtube algorithm gods to get noticed.
On top of that, news this season is becoming more and more cluttered. In past seasons, we've always had stuff to cover between episodes. The trailers, synopsis reveals, and titles spread out throughout a season would keep people coming back. With early episodes, most of those have gone out the window. The massive title and synopsis dumps these last few days means we won't have anything to report on news-wise soon, and each of these specific news posts are lost in the flood. This hurts the fandom creation and convention side we post, as people that would usually benefit from an EQD drawing people in to view their stuff on the side after checking out the episode news, won't have it either.

Tomorrow the second issue of My Little Pony: Legends of Magic releases in comic shops everywhere! And we have a viking pony to introduce in that story!
Is he going to sleigh dragons? Ride them? Or… what do vikings do exactly? I've never really studied them, or Norse mythology—outside of Marvel's Thor, so this is completely uncharted water for me.

You know this track's gonna be pretty dank just because of all those numbers in place of letters! Jokes aside, it's nice to see some more trap from APPL3JVCK, whose main strength of awesome vocal choppping is brought to the fore. Combined with solid trap-styled percussion and some cool little bell synths, this takes the feel of the original, and dials it up a notch. Give it a listen below the break!

For all of you over in Australia, Madman (the distributor for pony over there) is reporting a November 2nd date for it's arrival in theaters. This is a bit later than the known dates for the rest of the world, but still relatively close.
