Animation: Pony Kind of Chinese New Year

We've got a little treat for you guys tonight! We don't hear much from the pony fandom over in China, but apparently they are enthusiastic bunch. Tonight a member of the community has sent us a simple animation to celebrate the Chinese New Year.

While it's rather plain, I thought it'd be great to post here as an acknowledgement of the pony community way across the Pacific from us! We hope you all are doing well.

Sara Richard MLP ??? SPOC Sneak Peek!

Well, this is certainly a first… especially since the following aren't exactly Single Panels Out of Context! MLP Cover Artist Sara Richard has tossed up a few sneak peeks of some of her upcoming covers on her Instagram account!

Note how I said covers. Considering that Sara works primarily on the covers for the comic, it's unlikely that she's showing us snippets of the same work. Then again, I could be wrong and all the following shots are really really close to the surface of the cover.

Little Brony Books has a bunch of pony plans this year, and their recent catalogue includes details on a bunch of the upcoming books that have been announced over the past few months. With their 2018 extension it's not surprising.
