Livestream Saturdays and Drawfriend

Hello everyone and welcome to another Livestream Saturday! We've got some exciting new stuff today so gather round! First off, we've gotten two lovely banners from both AniRichie and CanterlotRoyalty which I'll be alternating after this week, but I wanted to show them both off today in appreciation.

Also, AniRichie had an idea, how would you guys like having Livestreams on Saturday and Sunday? She mentioned some artists can't do Saturday but can do Sunday. So what do you guys think?

Discussion: Do You Prefer When Friendship is Magic Gets More "Adult"?

We've seen it a lot over the past few seasons. When the E/I tag was dropped way back in season two, my little pony seemed to shift toward things that probably wouldn't originally be allowed in it's season one iteration. Pony has gotten dark a few times over the years, but the season finale really showed how far the staff over at DHX could push it without ruining the license.

Whether it's a Fallout style wasteland, a war torn, miserable world, or Tirek and Twilight literally destroying mountains in an epic battle, pony has definitely evolved. Is it for the better though? Do you approve of this new direction the show seems to have adopted over time? Or do you prefer the silly, utopian level slice of life it originally aired as?

Season 5 Character Battle Comes to a Close! Moon Dancer Wins!

The character battle has officially ended, and one pony stands supreme! According to Poll Daddy, we had about 600 fake votes go in for Starlight over the course of a few hours, so after adjusting for that, Moony here takes the gold!

But this has probably been one of the closest polls we've done in forever. For a good amount of the time, all three ponies were neck and neck. I think we can all agree that this season brought us a trio of badass new characters, not to mention the other 9 in this list. If season 6 does anything like that, we are going to have a ton to play with next year.
