Those Chinese plushie manufacturers are going all out even if their main sites have supposedly been shut down. Everyone from Gilda to Button Mash are getting some lover in the prototype stage. If past ponies are any indication, expect to see them flood Ebay soon.

It's Black Friday, and while MLP stuff may not be in the same tier as a $200 doorbuster flatpanel TV, but there are still quite a few deals available. It seems like this year's focus may be primarily tuned toward Rainbow Rocks, but Amazon has a boatload of normal pony merchandise for those that aren't collecting dolls. A few different brushables and playsets are also scatteered between the big box retailers.

Update: Turns out my Swales has done a few things. She's credited as the voice of Skales Jr. in Lego Ninjago and the movie Frozen In Time. I've also found her talent agency with two voice clips. One speaking and one singing. Let's hope if she's gonna be in our Pony World we can give her a warm welcome! -

The two big toy titans have been at it for decades, but lately, Hasbro is starting to dominate the space with cooler toys, more modern brands, and mega blockbuster movies. Even Frozen is joining them in 2016, jumping ship from their current home at Mattel. CNN money did a quick report on it, showing off the various reasons why the company is winning. A lot of people are going to be reading about cartoon horses soon here. The Humble Bundle hit 6500 sales since our post at 12:30 PM, up from just 461. This one has a good amount of time ahead of it, but if you want in on pretty much the entire series of comics for a fraction of the price (minus the most recent ones), now is the time to do it.
