ReplyDeleteDitto on the long waits, I ordered shirts back in December for a convention I'm going to next weekend, still nothing. They don't respond to customer service emails or phone calls.

@Bombedrumbum There were many masculine stallions in my time and still are, though I can't say there are too many in Canterlot who aren't spoiled or negatively influenced by their rich lifestyle. Sorry, I digress, you don't have to leave masculinity behind, but there are points to which it gets annoying.

ReplyDeleteHopefully we see more websites like this around the world, the shipping costs are slightly too high for my liking, even with the discount.
ReplyDeleteBesides, I don't understand why you couldn't just pack two shirts in the same box and pay once, instead of twice. Maybe im just overseeing something here, but it doesn't make much sense to me that the shipping is almost more expensive than the shirts themselves.
This is something I will definitely look into. Would have gotten one yesterday at the 'con,' but there was nothing in medium.

ReplyDeleteThe Fancy is not correct. It currently says "Friends is magic." To say "Friends are magic" would be "Les Amis SONT magiqueS." "Amies" would change to "Amis" if you wanted to include male bronies or, in context, for Twi to include, say Spike.
To say "Friendship is magic," one would write: " L'amitié est magique."
I wish I had spoken sooner, as it may be too late to change. It is a small thing really and the number of products with similar issues is huge. It does not detract from the beauty of the peice, anyway, not even for pedant ponies like me.

ReplyDeleteHasbro is not directly involved with their creation. MightyFine pays Hasbro for the legal rights to use their characters and trademarks in the merchandise they make & sell. They're the only third-party shirt maker that has such an agreement with Hasbro for ponies. There's other folks out there who make pony-related clothing available for purchase online, but they always run the risk of Hasbro taking legal action against them.
