Why does everypony keep thinking that banishment to the moon is Celestia's default punishment? I mean, I like to think she's more creative then that and only banished Luna there for the delicious irony. =3

DBZ all over again... bringing up plot holes. Celestia needed to use the Elements of Harmony to banish Luna to the moon didn't she? Wouldn't she need permission from the Mane 6 or something to send people to the moon. What I'm trying to say is, if she needed the elements... she just sent one to the moon.

you should feel a slight tingling feeling, you should not feel nauseous. Also you might see some coloured light just before the spell gets there.

This seems to be happening more and more as of late. We have to start leaving supplies up there. I think anyone going within a mile of Princess Celestia should keep a bag of supplies (bedrolls, canned food, books)on them at all times so if we do get sent to the moon again, we'll be ready for it.

1. Exaggerating a person's (or, in this case, pony's) behavior
or
2. Making their behavior radically different than what is normally expected or shown.
Pinkie Pie is an excellent example of the first. She is the Teen Party Girl turned up to 11.
"Trollestia" is funny because the Princess Celestia of the show is (with certain exceptions, of course) so restrained, wise and noble that when she's shown as a tyrant it turns our expectations of how she *actually* acts upside down. So, no; the Celestia of the show *wouldn't* do that -- which is what makes "Trollestia" a hoot!
