Alright, Hipster time (lol)! I was all like "A flashback CMC episode? THAT'S IS MY FAVORITE EPISODE, EVEN THOUGH IT HAS YET TO AIR!!!" everypony else was like "We hate the CMC, not ANOTHER episode about them! Hate! Rage!" etc. etc. At least, that was the general consensus.
Sorry about this post, I just wanted to feel a little hipster, and I also want to speak out against the CMC hate. They are good characters in my book.
Also, I stand by my opinion that this will be the best episode ever forever.

Those images just broke the limit of extreme adorableness, and the actual episode will probably brake it even more...
That being said...i just can't describe how cute this, and the episode will be...
....No, the word "cute" isn't enough...Not even "Friggin adorable" will mark it enough...we need a new term of saying "I died inside, and I've gone to heaven" this instant, before the episode happens!
Assuming this episode is full of Flashbacks to the main cast learning what they're good at, we're going to get scenes of Young Dash learning to fly, Young AJ learning to Applebuck, and young Twilight learning to be a socially awkward recluse.

I really think this is unsafe territory for men to venture into. These omega cute images could only lead to disaster: the cosmos will rupture, society will crumble, and the planet will explode...and then explode again.

Our Spike's probably 2 or so in dragon years, a bit younger than the rest of the cast in pony years. Not technically a baby, but most humans call kids under 3 babies anyways. Besides, Spike apparently remembers when he was an egg. It could be pre-hatched Spike.
Vectorized Rainbow, probably as close as we'll get to seeing show-accurate until the episode (assuming the design in that coloring PDF was based on what's going to appear in the show):

I decided to try to make a filly FLUTTERSHY out of these filly coloring sheets. I hope it meets people's expectation as I doubt it will kill anyone from looking at it xP. But I'm pretty happy with it, maybe I'll try Rarity as a filly too :). Still surprised no-one has mentioned Pinkie as a filly.

I'm really lookin forward to Chronicles because it should answer some interesting questions. -Is Rainbow Dash's hair naturally like that? -Is Rarity affecting her accent? -Was Pinkie raised by Granny Pie? -Do young colts have a flat face, or the same facial shape as fillies? (Assuming we encounter at least one colt) -OH MY GOD BABY FLUTTERSHY -Twi's upbringing in general
I just got sad because I realized Luna's still stuck in the moon in Twi's flashback.
It never even occurred to be that Rainbow Dash's hair wasn't naturally rainbow-y, and now I can't help but think that she colors it with rainbow juice. She'd be awesome like that.
When the title says official, does that really mean these are what the mane cast will look like in the episode, or is it an educated guess? If it is official, proof?
OHGODOHGODOHGODOHGOD--ya know, doctors and hospitals are going to suddenly be inundated with record numbers of young heart attack patients once this episode airs...I hope Lauren Faust and Hasbro and everyone else involved are aware of the havoc they shall wreak...and of course it can't come quickly enough.

LOL I don't know why but even adult Twilight looks a bit chubby to me compared to the others which is weird given they all have the same body type.
