Discovery Family Running My Little Pony Marathons All Week

Discovery Family has pony marathons happening all week. Apparently they started this yesterday. It's essentially back-to-back episodes beginning at 6 AM PST.

This is primarily focused on G4 and not Pony Life, though they might break into that in the end.

Pony Life Gets a Bump on Discovery Family

Pony Life is heading to Discovery Family finally, and got it's own completely custom bump to celebrate the occasion. Expect to see it on there soon. Get the video below. 

 

May Highlights for Discovery Family Show No Pony Life

The highlights for May have been released by Discovery Family, and once again we don't have any hint of Pony Life airing. Considering Australia is getting the love on the Clip show though, it's really unknown where we will see it appear first.

We will let you all know when we find something! For now, Pony Life is still in limbo.

No Pony Life in Discovery Family's March Highlights

It's looking like March won't be the release for Pony Life according to Discovery Family's most recent programming highlights for the month. It doesn't mention any pony at all. Considering Toy Fair didn't deliver on any future solid dates, the release is still a mystery. We will have to cross our fingers and hope April is the month for Pony Life, or maybe some early Youtube releases.

Expect updates as soon as we get them. For now, at least on Discovery Family, there isn't any released info on Pony Life.

Discovery Family Releases "2, 4, 6, Greaaat" Early

MFW even the network is releasing episodes early.

Discovery Family has announced over on Twitter that they are letting people download the 15th episode of the season, "2, 4, 6, Greaaat"over on the Discovery Family App.

We will still of course have our usual stream events this weekend, but if you have the app and want to watch it, you can.

It's Pinkie Pie Month on Discovery Family

Following their trend of mane pony months, Discovery Family is focusing on Pinkie Pie for April. This adds marathons every Friday starring episodes she is the focus of. These happen at 3 EST if you want to plan Ponk related activities around them.

Discovery Family Instagram Teasing a Possible Season 9 My Little Pony Reveal Tomorrow

While we can't completely confirm that this is pony, the eyes and that little fire icon in the corner look pretty pony-ish. We've got a big reveal coming from Discovery Family at 9:00 AM MST. Will we get cartoon horses out of it? Or is it another show entirely? Start speculating below!

Personally I'm hoping for a MLP season 9 release date. We are due for one with April so close!

Hasbro and Discovery Family Celebrating This Month with Applejack, and Next Month with Rarity

Hasbro and Discovery Family are both pushing the Applejack agenda this month, with site updates, episode marathons, and general Applejack related things on their social media platforms. Nothing specifically new, but it seems like this will be a trend for this year.

Discovery Family dropped their February highlights earlier today, and it looks like Rarity will be the theme next month:

Discovery Family Running "Party with the Ponies Sweepstakes" On December 24th

Discovery Family is hosting it's annual Party with the Ponies New Years celebration, or at least that's what it usually ties into. They have a countdown timer going for the 24th of December and have this banner up showing off an upcoming sweepstakes. What exactly it will be is still unannounced. I guess we get to wait!

My Little Pony Holiday Shorts Heading to Discovery Family GO App

Discovery Family has announced that the Discovery Family GO app will be hosting one of the new shorts that appeared over in China a few days ago, though none of them appear to be on there quite yet. They don't say when they will be available, or if they will be doing all three, but hopefully we get some information soon.

September Discovery Family Highlights Reveal Nonstop Pony Weekends Through the 29th

It looks like all of September will be uninterrupted pony episodes, at least on the USA side. We've got a full schedule according to Discovery Family's highlights for the month. Unfortunately Australia and now even Sweden seem to be continuing the "DO IT FIRST" bandwagon, so things are going to be unfortunately jumbled for good.

Discovery Family Promo Hints at Yakity-Sax Episode Airing Friday

New yak episode possibly airing soon? Yaks smash! No, wait, that's a good thing! The new episode I mean, not the yaks smashing. My poor furniture.

It seems earlier today Discovery Family aired a promo as part of their ongoing Summer Surprises events that showed a silhouette of Pinkie Pie, noting "Everyone's favorite baker", while also outlining the basic premise of the new episode "Yakity-Sax". The promo said the surprise would air at 2PM Eastern Time next Friday.

Unfortunately, we have no video or images of said promo at this time. But we'll be sure to slap an update up if we get anything!

Summer Surprises - New EG and Possibly Pony Shorts Every Friday, + Rolldercoaster of Frienship Teaser

Discovery Family has started a new thing called "Summer Surprises", where every Friday they will show a "surprise". consisting of (supposed) brand new pony and EG stuff, at least according to the promo they dropped off.  We don't have much info other than that though, as it's supposed to be a surprise!

Discovery Family Running Sweetpstakes Quiz for Their "Party with the Ponies" Event
