Description: My dear Twilight Sparkle,The Celestial Mechanics in Midsummer
Thank you for your recent letters. And I must apologize to you first and foremost that I have not responded back in kind to each and every one. I imagine has this concerned you, but please don't worry. Things have been very unsettled here in the castle as of late. Princess Luna has been researching Equestrian history, and I find myself in a strange kind of mood..."

The Nightmare Nights Dallas crew down in Texas put out a press release announcing their convention as well as a number of guests that are already confirmed! I know they have been working somewhat quietly on this for a long time, and it looks like they're starting with a bang.
Announcing Nightmare Nights Dallas!
The Dallas Regional Anthropomorphic Meeting Association (DRAMA) is pleased to present Nightmare Nights, an unofficial, fan-run MLP convention taking place at the Crowne Plaza Suites in Dallas, TX, from November 8th through the 10th, 2013. The venue boasts just shy of 30,000 square feet of meeting space, and has a long history of working with area conventions (plus the General Manager is an MLP fan, so that doesn’t hurt).
DRAMA is a 501(c) corporation, and Nightmare Nights will be donating 100% of its net proceeds to St. Jude Research Hospital, a hospital dedicated to treating pediatric cancer and other critical childhood diseases free of cost to the children’s families.
Thus far, we have confirmed Andrea Libman, Peter New, Brenda Crichlow, James “Wootie” Wootton, Pixelkitties, and Spain “Sophie Cabra” Fischer as guests, with several more show staff and fan community guests to be announced later. One of the convention’s co-chairs is Chef Sandy of Bronyville fame, so, you know, there’s that.
To learn more about the convention—or to give us your money—please visit www.nightmarenights.net. Attendee registration is open, and vendor registration will be live on March 16th.See you guys in November!
Luna is right up there next to Derpy in the ridiculously popular pony chart, even if she barely ever makes it into episodes. But why is this? Polls including her are rendered completely onesided, and Luna merch regularly dominates We Love Fine's top selling tee-shirt list.
What makes you love the princess of the moon so much? And if you don't love Luna, what makes you dislike her?
Description: Tartarus. A burning plane of existence made to punish the damned and evil. And ruling over this pit of hellfire is Hades, Lord of the Dead and God of the Underworld. And while torturing souls and abusing his two minions Pain and Panic are always good fun, he's grown bored. With his plans to rule Olympus and destroy Hercules down the tube, he needs a new aspiration in his un-life. And since he needs to buy some groceries, Ponyville seems like the perfect place to go shopping. And maybe make an ally or two for his newest plan to take over Olympus. If he doesn't burn them all to a crisp and steal their souls first.Hades Is Such A Great Neighbor (New Part 6!)

Changelings? Well then, let me just direct you over to the first arc of the MLP comic here...
I definitely want to see what is up with the griffons. Based on Gilda and that griffon from the episode with a bunch of MMM's in the title, I'm assuming they meld pretty well with pony society, though they seem to be a bit of a rarity. Hopefully we get a glimpse at their empire in season 4!
Onward to the next poll: Best Pony Singing Voice of season 3! Find it on the side bar.
We have a new acoustic vocal track from Forest Rain, followed by a completely unique song dedicated to the fandom and music community as a whole, and finish with a hybrid remix original with some awesome vocal splicing. Check them all out below!
1.) A Summer In the Stars (Original by Forest Rain)
2.) Cherax Destructor - ♥
3.) After All

Inspired by the Cthulhu Mythos by H.P Lovecraft. The poem "Night-Gaunts" was written by H.P Lovecraft himself, so all credit for that goes to him.

As many of you have probably noticed over the last few months, the Friendship is Magic Gameloft game is ridiculously expensive. Because of this, they allow gem purchases at 70 bucks a pop. Unfortunately for a little girl who isn't too knowledgeable on the way micro-transactions work, this meant she managed to rack up a 900£ bill buying unlocks. Fortunately, her mother was able to get a refund in the end, but it's still impressive that you can even drop that amount of money on a single "free" game.
