Beach Ball Comics Signing Event
If you live in or around California, you might want to clear out your schedule this coming April 6th. Beach Ball Comics is holding a massive signing event with a bunch of people working on the MLP Comic series, though there aren't any names specifically mentioned yet. The submitter (Jonny) did manage to speak some of the employees in the store, and as far as they know, the pair working on comics 5-8 along with the micro series mane 6 books will be in attendance.

Maybe the overabundance of a certain pony on your favorite website drives you insane? Or perhaps the accepted personality of a specific background character isn't something you are too fond of?

New Licensed Toys: Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo
Morning, early risers! I hope you got your worm, or some coffee at least.
Regardless, I have good news. One of our ace field reporters (that's you guys) has sent us a picture of the figurines that come with a new licensed activity book from Phidal. As you'll notice in the photo above, we get a nice surprise with this book- a Scootaloo and Sweetie Belle model. For those keeping track, this is the first time we've seen molds of them. I hope the trend continues!
The other molds aren't bad either, although Twilight appears to be missing her wings.

Possible Equestria Girls Logo on NY Times
This was randomly found buried in the NYT archives. It looks like Equestria Girls already has a logo thing. That's the oddest horseshoe I've ever seen though!
