• Bronies For Good - May 2nd Boston DJ-Thon

The Boston Brony group is running a DJ-Thon to help raise funds for the Greg Hill Foundation for those in the area.  If you want to party it up for a night, head on down below the break to read all about it!

    Party for the Cause!
Everyone loves parties, especially Pinkie Pie. But what makes any party truly amazing? Is it an abundant amount of streamers? How about great music? Cake? Good company? Well, all of these components are essential to any amazing party. But the proverbial topping on the bass-laden cake is a bit of philanthropic giving to a wonderful cause. Which conveniently enough, is the kind of party that Boston Bronies has in mind. Announcing...The Boston DJ-Thon!

Featuring Flutterwhat, DJ Calcos, Commander Hurricane, EHT, and SiouxStella (HeyJoeStella and SiouxSide) and Special Guest and Master of Ceremonies: Lauren Goodnight, the Boston DJ-Thon is a massive 7 hour electronic music marathon for charity brought to you by the Boston Bronies and the Greg Hill Foundation in response to the 2013 bombing of the Boston Marathon. We're here to help you party the night away as we pool together resources for this resilient city to make a difference for the lives affected by this tragedy.

Our cover is $10 at the door, and all proceeds go directly to the Greg Hill Foundation, a local Boston charity known for distributing funds directly to the families who need it. We'll also have donation jars set up all around the venue. If you're loving those tunes, give a little more, and make a bigger difference.

This year's show is located at Oasis (70 James St, Worcester, MA) and will be taking place May 2nd, 2013, 6:30 PM - 1:30 AM. We've got the likes of Flutterwhat, DJ Calcos, and CMNDR Hurricane starting off your night, moving into tunes by Exploding Heart Technique and HeyJoeStella. MCing will be done by our special guest, Lauren Goodnight. Haven't heard of any of them? Go check them out on the Bios page and then stop by!

If you can't make it to the show, you can donate directly through this page! Every penny helps the victims and families get back on their feet, and helps restore a sense of normalcy.
