I would hope so. Unless you are a VERY good writer, one does not simply conjure up a perfect rendition of, let's say, Discord.

@ombutscentdin i'm still waiting for a Discord fic which adequately captures his character well enough for it to be worth reading (i.e. A fic in which Discord gets serious with his plans, yet still maintains his flambouyant eccentricities)

I am all for that, but being whimsically evil sounds hard to write. Most fics I have seen with Discord in it. Just allude to his presents and don't really do much else.

Fair warning for people who plain to read the new growing pains chapter: it gets borderline cloppy. nothing to bad, just a hypothetical situation narrated by a trolling Rarity, but I thought I should warn those of you who are a bit too sensitive to that kind of stuff.
Good story though, I would recommend it to anyone who likes adventure fics
