I almost decided to pass this story by. Now I'm glad that I didn't; Star Swirl is like a Crazy Awesome cross between & the Great and Powerful Trixie and Moist Von Lipwig.

I guess you weren't aware of the secret genius pun? Amnio=bowl, morphic=pertaining to shape. It is a spell for shaping bowls. Combined with the beard, that makes Star Swirl a hairy potter.

Official in name only. Not once has it been canonically established that Starswirl was female. Basically, it's a canon OC (canon in name, but fully fanon in all other aspects).

Actually... I got a blue "Star Swirl" earth pony toy on my desk that says otherwise. Add a hat to camouflage the lack of horn, and a fake beard, and I think you might see what this story is all about :p

You're right,Star Swirl the bearded is male I'm not denying it ^^U.But what I'm trying to say is that the official Star Swirl is female.
There's a G4 toy named Star Swirl (who has been in every previous generation)that is female and an earth pony.If anything is Star Swirl The bearded(the male one)is the canon OC here.
In any case,I would like the writers to show us more Star Swirl (both versions)

Despite the fact that my own fic has female earth pony Star Swirl from the toy line as the descendant of Star Swirl the Bearded rather than the same pony, I'm really enjoying this. She's got this lovable rogue thing going on.
