I have written about 40 variations of this function tonight. All with different enough uses so I can't just generalize it.
THIS is why I love hopping back and fourth between EQD, so my eyes don't bleed looking at this!
Yeesh... 200+ comments already tells me that this is going to be a controversial drawfriend before I even get to looking at it. Or you Mass Effect people have gone comment crazy.

2) Aw... that's a comfy looking cloud, and I like the color scheme of the image.
3) Okay, so without looking through the comments yet, this is the first obvious candidate for a freak-out. A naked, anthropomorphic (more than usual) Zecora, with some strategically placed Heart's Desire. Is it weird that the belly ring kinda throws me the most out of this drawing? Probably. Nifty simple background.
4) And here's candidate #2, which likely just inflamed the passions, so to speak. There was definitely something cougarish about Cheeries Jubilee.
5) There is no five? Could that be the source of all the excitement, or is it just a numbering typo? I'll have to go back and see.
6) I like this bright and shiny pair of friends. I was among those surprised to see them casually hanging out together last episode. I think their trek trough the desert actually caused some bonding. Love the work on Rarity's mane especially.
7) Don't know anything about Death Note, but it seems a popular mix with Ponies.
8) This is a cool, jazzy picture of the princess of the night.
9) A come hither Spitfire is quite tame after the earlier images. Some cool work on her hair and eyes here especially.
10) NOOOOOO! A frightening image by Cainescroll, from "Flight of the Alicorn". Impressive job on Rarity and her tears in the rain.
11) Artist Pinkie is sure to make the world a more colorful place!
12) Cool background and a somewhat creepy Gilda perched upon the wall.
13) A very pretty bipedal Rarity wearing her necklace from Spike. Great, sharp shading job here.
14) Aw... Twilight and Spike images are among my favorites. This could not be more purple, yet it really works. Love their expressions... great cartooning.
15) Everyone trade one identity to your left! Funny image.
16) Western Showmare Pinkie is one of my favorite looks for her. Nicely done in pencil!
17) I'd vote for them. I'm not sure they're naturally born citizens though.
18) I would love a muffin flavored cake. Do they make those?
19) I really like the image of the Apple Siblings on their trek through the desert.
20) AJ looks cool in a duster. I think she should get one on the show.
21) I have no idea if this is based on anything, but it would certainly make having a spoon cutie mark so much more awesome.
22) So... wait... is Gummy dead? Is that a young Octavia, or Octavia's daughter? Is she related to Pinkie, and hence Gummy? So many questions.

Well, I made it through the Drawfriend relatively unscathed. Zecora isn't my kind of thing, but it hardly seems worth an explosion of posts. Maybe the comments are actually all about the artwork rather than some big debate?
Probably not. Time to find out, I suppose.

ReplyDeleteWell i got my newxbox a year or so after mass2 came out and did not bother to try and export the data etc etc so i had to go with what they basically gave me which were trash.
Spoiler without playing mass2 and mass1 i think you can only hookup with the blue chick maybe ashley if you don't shot her the chick who took your human romance place in mass2 and tali i thinks.
Buut if you play just mass2 you get way more options and what not.

I have no idea how serious your comment might be, but I am genuinely curious as to whether Lauren Faust was part of the decision on that Twilight connection. She was apparently involved somewhat in Cadence, but she wasn't an alicorn when she was involved... So I could see this bombshell going either way.
Personally, I don't really mind who came up with it if it makes a good story... I'm just curious though.
