Lyra and Bon Bon is fine, but Lyra solo is even better. I too lover her as the "wants to be/believes in humans" Lyra. A testament to what this community can do from one shot of her sitting on a bench! Totally my favorite background pony because of it.
Wow - I usually find ponies standing bipedal as weird winghandswhatthe? as that second comic there. It looks so awkward and bone jarring.
The running of Lyra really makes it look much more natural, especially with the ninth and eleventh panels. It's the first time I've ever seriously considered a pony standing upright in a human position for any length of time to be well done. Go figure that it'd be Lyra. On a seperate note all together, running of Lyra has quite a nice, soft style of drawing that I find really appealing. yay you. As for "ATHEWM!!" - its updates always bring a smile. yay you too.
