• Music: Derpstyyyle / Sleepyhead (Blackjack and Hookers) / Caramel's Light

A derpy song with no derpy?! Madness I say! We also have a remix and some punk rock! It's all over the place today.

(This fandom needs more punk rock, thanks!)

    1.) General Mumble x MD - Derpstyyyle
2.) UnderpΩny feat. ArtAttack - Sleepyhead (Blackjack and Hookers Mix)
    3.) Caramel's Light

    1. Blackjack and Hookers sounds somewhat odd...

    2. So...a song about Derpy...with no Derpy? That's new

    3. I heard some Derpy in the background of Derpstyyyle. "I just don't know what went wrong".

      Great songs all around.

On an unrelated note, Verizon Fios has the lineup for the Mare-a-Thon.

    4. I was wondering how long it would take somebody to complain about the use of the word Hookers, but even at #5 I'm too slow it seems.

    6. @Sgt Byrd

      I love Futurama, I can't believe I missed that.

I'm not complaining, I'm whining! Do you want to hear complaining? This is complaining!

Hookers shouldn't be mentioned in anything related to ponies because ponies are innocent and live in a near idyllic world, free of the terrible circumstances that cause the desperation that makes prostitution seem like a viable solution.

I'm kidding of course. Though I don't see what the song has to do with Futurama.

    8. Number 2 is a remix of a remix of his remix based off of the original song in the show. How awesome is that?

    9. #3 I'm unsure of.....but the other 2 I REALLY like.

    10. @MyBoyJ It has nothing to do with Futurama, I just picked the name pretty much at random :P

    11. @UndergΩd

Ok, then so I was right to not think of Futuramam in the first place.

      Great song in any case.

      Ok, then. So...Futurama...

Curse my refusal to preview before I post!

    13. @MyBoyJ Well, it is a Futurama reference, just a completely gratuitous one :P

    14. @UndergΩd

Monkeys aren't donkeys, quit messing with my head!

So the title IS a Futurama reference, but that has no bearing on the content of the song? I think I got it now.

    16. Speaking of the Beatle Bronies, I heard something about ponified Queen songs in their Everfree Radio interview. I wonder when we'll start hearing 'em?

    18. My god that second one is catchy as all hell!

General mumble is awesome as always with the first one. I'm getting bored of saying how awesome he is, really.

No evil shall escape my sight
Let those who worship evil's might,
      Beware my power... Caramel's Light"

    21. Yeah, well, I'll make my own remix! With blacjack! And hookers!

      ...In fact, forget the remix!

      ReplyDelete
    22. @TheBlackBaron If you're gonna do that, I'm gonna make make a remix! With Applejack and hookers! You know what? I'll just keep Applejack and let the hooker make the remix!

    24. You know what this fandom really needs? More symphonic music! More nightwish or epica influenced mlp music!

    25. I liked the third one, but General Mumble's Derpstyyyle and Underpony's take on Sleepyhead are the ones that I copied into my folder of top tier music (117 songs, all MLP fanmusic).
