Doctor says "Treatment is simple. Go to Ponyville and ask Pinkie Pie to throw you a party. That should pick you up." Pony bursts into tears. Says "But, Doctor... I am Pinkie Pie." Good Joke. Everypony laugh. Roll on snare drum. Curtains.
