Okay, what's with the recent AppleDash comics lately...? First the AppleJack drenched in cider....now this......i'm beginning to notice a trend here...
1. You made me think about Fluttershy's mom for the first time! How could you? Now I'm sad, although it does explain Rarity's relationship with her a little better.
2. Mmmm, steamy. You can keep your book, Rainbow Dash. I'll take some more of that dream.
I just saw #1 on DA and it got me thinking about how Fluttershy most likely never saw her family again (at least for a while) hopefully Rarity took her to stay at her house, it would help explain how the two of them became such good friends, what with their trips to the spa together
Well this is the same artist that did the cider one and his comics have been featured here before. Right now it doesn't seem to be anything more complicated than, "Veggie 55 likes AppleDash."

The cider one wasn't about Appledash. It was more about RD's begging for some Cider, and then she happened to have a friend drenched in the stuff. I doubt it was intended to be a shipping comic more than a laugh at Rainbow's desperation to get some Cider.
#1: I'd say that "You're the most beautiful Pegasus I've ever seen!" is a pretty creepy way to greet someone you've never met before. #2: Anything to avoid AppleDash. With luck you'll dream of Pinkie next time :P

1. I do hope we get to learn about Fluttershy's parents in canon. This comic was sad.
