Well, it IS Demoman. He's drunk enough to reach out into another dimension, take a female blue unicorn with a obsession for humans, mistake her for a frying pan and use her as a weapon.
As far as I'm aware - and this doesn't mean much, since I don't run a server - there's no way to force weapon/player models on players joining a server. However, after installing this modification, every demoman you see that has the frying pan melee weapon equipped will instead be swinging around Lyra - provided you join servers that aren't set to sv_pure 2, anyway.
Awesome! Wait, is it replacing only the pan? Dang it, I accidentally sold my last pan a few days ago. (Coulda sworn I had more of those. Stupid Steam Trading disorganizing my inventory.)
@Eddmario I'm sure he knows. The mod was originally posted in the mod thread on Ponychan: http://www.ponychan.net/chan/g/res/82726.html He checks that as well as his email for content updates.

Actually that IS possible. If you would join this server (85.93.2.178:27115 ; achievement_delta; brony server) , you'd notice that a texture (Ponyspencer) is being downloaded. As you can see there ARE server-specific mods, but you could as well use a mod for your client.
