I just came off of watching this on YouTube. Several times actually. Oh, there is just way too much funny in this video. Yes! Do watch. And props to you, Mr. Poniator.
The fandom does its fair share of help when it comes to coming up with stuff. Poniator take our ideas and makes them realized to hilarious effects. Also puts a good extra spin or two on the obvious and maybe the unobvious.
It all depends who you ask. I've seen many who have said the show changed their lives. Many who say it was the community itself. And still many who say it was a mixture of both.
I like (many parts of the) community a lot and I adore the show. Together they make being a fan a lot of fun. What I don't like is when people act on extreme disdain for aspects of the fandom. You don't like how some people act? Avoid those people/sites/actions yourself. You never know what will inspire someone or change their life. Sometimes something little to one is monumental to antoher, because it offers just what they need at the time. Also, I saw that video with Ashleigh and as a person super sensitive to embarrasing situations I saw nothing particularly awkward about it. She *dashed* off because she was at her own event and had other things to do but she was very gracious and seemed entertained by it more than anything.
wow these would actually be funny if the person would stop cutting into the black screen with the comments. They're pointless and either just say what the joke was, or.. well, be entirely pointless. "oh roseluck, dont get so worked up" YES THAT'S THE JOKE. WHY DID YOU NEED TO SAY THAT....
@Nostalgia Schmaltz I wasn't happy with the first part either. That's the reason why I decided to make that fourth clip just for this one as compensation.
@MrPoniator Oh good, even if I try to be harsh I can't stay mean to other pony bros XD not a bad job for half-asleep anyhow, and good that you take well to feedback
@Shadow Heart Yeah, I was unsatisfied with the Hearts and Hooves one too. Maybe I'll do a second one for that episode, given that there's no new ep this weekend.

It because when i saw a rainbow boom when i was just a little filly i want to smile forever.... so i took a knife and made it happen :).(If you watched the movie you would have notice the joke giving two deferent stories for why his face was cut)

I remember the episode where Johnny Bravo dated a deer... also the shapeshifting werewolf one just got plain creepy.
Poniator does some good work, but humans can eat flowers too but it's not particularly healthy to do so.
So far the cider one with them dancing at the end to the star wars Kantina music is my favorite from the guy.

First part is lame. =/ Second time I've been disappointed by a MrPoniator video.
The 2nd and 3rd parts are better though. A lot better.

Another great video. Keep em coming. The only video I didn't like was the Heart and Hooves one. All the others are great.
Also, idea. What if you teamed up with an author I know to help him make a flash of his fic. It's long as hell, but a definite 5 star read.
