An audio project looking for male voice talent? That is pretty rare. The first chapter sounds alright. Admittedly I didn't listen to the whole thing though.

Not trying to sound mean but... of all the fanfictions that get made into audio dramas, why did this roundup spotlight Teamwork is Magic? The fanfiction honestly wasn't that good if you stop spazzing out about the simple fact that it's both TF2 and ponies long enough to give it a good, critical eye. And that's honestly one of the most dispassionate and droning audio dramas I've ever heard.
If you want a good TF2 crossover, I'd suggest "Waking Nightmares"

It's a little bit bloated, trying to stuff in a little more than maybe it should, but too much is better than too little, like we got with Teamwork is Magic. Still, it takes a much better look at character, takes more time to build drama and suspense, and keeps the humor of TF2 and ponies intact. Check that out if you want a good TF2/MLP story.
