Lauren Faust has always called 'cutie marks' butt symbols, she used the term all the time on her Deviantart.
Fun Fact: the symbols on the ponies' flanks weren't called cutie marks until G3, I think Lauren has been calling them butt symbols as a kid or something. Also I hate the name cutie marks.
And that giant Pinkie Pie is a Fashion Style Pinkie Pie with no clothes and accessories.

that's a ponyfied version of the character Caitlyn from the game League of legends
a lot of players on the community love mlp and some of Riot games employees (the makers of it) do to :P
there are some awesome ponyfied versions of the characters and there is plenty to choose since they have like 90 champions (characters)
the community in that game is kind of rude though but I guess the bronies on the community have to be the friendlier of the bunch
