I'm somewhat surprised the first comment here wasn't 'first', followed by a bunch of other 'first' who failed to get first...actually seams appropriate for once.
I first joined the fandom immediately after discovering ponies due to the terrible quake/tsunami in Japan. It was my first time visiting /b/ in literally months. After the grave news on TV had settled in, I decided to see what the internet's reaction to Japan's disaster was. I prepared for the worst, but instead found pony. EqD had JUST hit the 1 Million mark in that time...

No Twixie Mode? That would make Equestria Daily utterly pointless. Why would be the point of a mode like that? (Then again, I don't understand the point of No Fanfiction Mode, so...)

When a post is mainly a single youtube embed, the front page will get something weird there. Usually for me it's the current poll's current results. Refreshing the main page will bring up the correct embed. No idea why it happens. Next time I get it, I'll email seth.
