I've never paid much attention to the Chinese New Year myself, but it does seem to be on a real upswing in popularity in the states. I suspect the internet is shrinking the world faster and faster these days.
1) Twilight is a lovely choice to headline the holiday images. I really like the extra colors that are highlighting her mane and tail, as well as the outfit. Lovely work on a lovely pony.
2) Aw... And she seemed so happy on Saturday morning. Cute but sad.
3) I wonder why they never put Celestia into any special outfits on the show. She looks good here.
4) This is your year, Spike! Make the most of it! (Nice use of Discord, btw)
5) I don't know what he wrote, but I do love his expression!
6) I only saw one episode of that show, but it was pretty cool. Even cooler with ponies... especially with a shoulder Dash.
7) Adorable, but the pose isn't very ladylike, Derpy.

9-12) So you fold these into envelopes and put money in them? That does seem pretty lucky. Great designs all around, but my favorites are Octavia and especially Spike and Twilight... love their expressions.

#1: An unusual and effective Twilight Sparkle drawing; that costume works very well on her, and the pose remains faithful to her quadrupedal form while displaying her in a bipedal moment. I especially love the soft colors, and the way her eyes are drawn.
#5: I was hoping this drawing would make the Drawfriend; it's an amusing seasonal drawing, and Spike's expression is great. WhiteDiamonds' influence is obvious, but CaineScroll's personal style still shows through.
#6: I never watched Megas XLR, but I have to say I love Pinkie's expression here.
#7: If this were any other pony, I'd say this might be too saucy; because it's Derpy, it's just plain cute and amusing. (Another comment says there's a r34 version of this drawing; for Celestia's sake, why? >.< )
#8: I love the cut-out feel of this drawing, as well as the contrast of Rainbow Dash against such a stark, simple background.
#9, #10, #11, #12: A terrific set of Chinese New Year themed lucky money envelopes; Octavia looks very nice in such a different style, but the highlight of the set is definitely the Twilight Sparkle and Spike envelope.

I don't want to sound whiny, but... let's put it this way:
I have two friends (guy and girl) that me and another brony pal have convinced to watch 3 episodes (their blood oath is now fulfilled). They were pleasantly surprised by the the show and admitted it's better than they expected. The girl watched (and played) with G1 ponies in her childhood, so she's semi-keen on the show.
The catch?
They both hate furries with a passion (especially the girl)... not the idea or art per se, but the overly sexual side of the sub-culture. And while I've warned her that MLP has... it's own side (like any sub-culture does), I'd hate to see her get into the show only to be scared off by the sauce near-instantly.
At the end of the day, we're all still fans of a all-ages show, and should think of everyone involved. (Think of the children!)
By all means, keep the sauce (all artists should have a chance at some recognition) just, as a friendly request, try to filter the sauce for those who don't want to have it jump out at them. I know you guys are busy most of the time, but.. yeah.. I think there's a few people who would like to avoid the saucy side of this sub-culture from day to day.
With that said, on to the art!
Some great stuff here, but if I'm honest.. that Megas XLR just stands out. It gives me warm and fuzzy feelings of emotions which is a mixture of modern cute awesome and nostalgic robot coolness.
