1) I don't know what has happened to Vinyl here, but it's pretty awesome. Beautiful and dreamlike.
2) Ponies would rule Wonderland. None of them get fazed in the slightest. Like this series.
3) Lyra is so often so happy, you can't help but love her and her quest to be different. Lovely render of her here.
4) Yikes! That's a badass griffon. I don't think pillows and suction cup darts are going to win the war game against that kind of competition. Cool design.
5) Heh... Scootaloo shapes her own world.
6) Spooky and cool, with some nice shading work.
7) Pumpkin Cake shall be the end of times.

9) Zecora art is almost always cool. This is a great view... Reminds me of hottubbing. Love the lighting and angle.

#1: That's Vinyl Scratch, judging by the cutie mark and her appearance otherwise. This is apparently based on a song titled "Sky Below Sea", which you have to admit is a great title. Great piece of art to go with it, too; the water looks amazing.
#2: Anything based on the books Alice's Adventures in Wonderland and Through the Looking-Glass is most welcome, and having Applejack participate in this race is very fitting and amusing. The Dodo in the background (a self-insert character, believe it or not) looks influenced by the Walt Disney animated feature.
#6: More British literature references; the pairing of Fluttershy and Treebeard is so natural it's a wonder it hasn't been done before. Terrific line work on this drawing.
#9: I always love seeing Zecora and Apple Bloom, but this pic also has great detail and terrific bottom lighting going for it.
#13: I don't know why this is so cute, but it is. The artist did a very nice job on Octavia's eyes and mane.
#14: I'm glad to see John Joseco resuming his morning ponies series, and Apple Bloom looks especially cute like this, though this is a missed opportunity to give her a serious case of bed mane...
#16: Karol Pawlinski's drawings of the mane 6 in their gala dresses are just terrific, full of character and spot-on coloring.
#20: Rarity coupling her gem-finding ability with her telekinesis to use as a defensive weapon is a really creative idea, and nicely visualized here.
#21: Okay, okay, I'll start following your Tumblr, just give me warning before displaying that weapons-grade cuteness again. Oy vey...
#25: A marvelous portrayal of Luna performing one of her more obscure duties; I love the contrast between the reasonably show-accurate Luna and the simplified stylization of the rest of the scene. Grayma1k is definitely my favorite Luna artist, which is saying something considering how great Egophiliac's drawings are too.
#27: I've not read this fanfic, but that's an excellent portrayal of a scene from it, highlighting Applejack's determination.
#28: Jarl Lyra. HELLS YEAH.
#17: I don't recall Foreigner ever making a song about Moon Princess Ponies. If they do, I need to get a new belt.
Its nice to see that Gawd finally has her own art. Also I love dangerous buisness and cant beleive that it is still getting fan art.

27 - Dangerous Business remains in my top 3 fanfics ever list - as in "ever, of all the fandoms I've seen writing from" ever, not just "pony-related". Good to see art for it still shows up now and again, there was a lot of potential for awesome imagery in that story.

In other news, my iPad corrects "fanart" as "canary".
Someone incorrectly jumped the gun and reported 11 as stolen from Braeburned's tumbler. The same person that reported the image replied to their own comment on the DA link to apologize, saying "Oh wait, **** it is you. >.< Sorry.". The person thought it was stolen, but didn't realize it originally came from the correct source.
I have a feeling that the report of it being stolen prompted it's removal. Since the link was gone, nopony ever saw the one who reported it recant their report and apologize.
There is ZERO saucy in the image. I know one person said they've seen it elsewhere in a saucy comic... But I see no saucy here, and I'm not going to go looking for it if indeed exists.
I can see no reason for it to be removed. I suspect the false accusation against it was the cause.
For that reason, I feel safely comfortable posting the link to #11
