The author of the comic flipped the whole thing. Said it was about Pinkie's mark while explaining the start of Equestria :P

Another way it relates is that they probably skip that part of the story most of the time, and Pinkie was using it as a general "yadda yadda yadda, the end."

Looks like Lyra got her bits worth when she came to THIS play (ba dum pssh!).
1. Bwahahaha! That was rather hilarious. I think my favorite part of that comic was the Commander Hot Stuff line and the associated panel.
2. Scootaloo lucked out that time for sure. Most of the time you can't get that lucky when the instructor asks you that sort of question.

#1 I don't want to get too squishy here, but I've always had a theory that two female ponies could impregnate each other as long as at least one of them was a unicorn, so she could use unicorn magic to do the impregnating. so in my opionion, the princess platnum/commander hurricane scene should have been the other way around. Still hilarious though.
#2 Scoots did get off lucky, because this happened to me and the follow up was "And can you answer the question?" luckily I could, but I'm not so sure about Scoots...
