    1. The whole Pinkie Pie breaks the fourth wall by jumping out of the comic" trope is getting old IMO

Haven't seen you comment in a while. Maybe that's why. Recently, they've been posting under different names for a joke. Also, Calpain is now a semi-mod

    3. In number two, is that supposed to be Mrs. Faust??

I'd normally agree with you there, but this one was really quite adorable.

I don't get the second one, Firefly some previous generation pony?

    5. Anytime Pinkie isn't shattering the fourth wall? :P

#1 D'awwww, so cute. Fluttershy has a little Pinkie plushie she's cuddling. <3 I thought Fluttershy died in that one part of the comic. D: I was so sad. Until I saw she was alright and Pinkie cuddling her, aww. <3

#2 I c wut u did thar. lol Nice. I love this webcomic. That little Lauren filly too, d'aww. x3

    6. #1 These two are just the cutest pair ever. Loved it.

#2 So that's how the series came to be. Makes sense.

    7. 1. Pinkie Pie breaks the forth wall...sure, that is trite, but it was still adorable because Pinkie used her powers to save her friend!

      2. And That's How Equestria Was Made! For those confused, it's supposed to be a representation of Lauren Faust as a child playing with the MLP toys from the first generation. Faust has gone on record as saying that she loved the toys, but hated the shows, which was one of her primary motivations for working on Friendship is Magic, to make a show that she could actually enjoy.

    8. #1 Sweet. But Pinkie Pie scoffing at physics is getting just a little tired.

#2 Fun little story, but it does take a little inside knowledge to fully understand. I remember seeing a sketch chart on the internet somewhere, that said that the current design of Rainbow Dash was based on G1's Firefly. Try and find it if you can. It's really interesting.

Yup. She's Lauren Faust's favourite G1 pony. I think that's who she based her DiviantART name from ^_^

    10. And That's How Equestria Was Made is definitely my favorite pony webcomic, along with Friendship is Dragons.

    11. Ha, the second one was great! I actually understood, which made it even better

    12. Those who haven't seen it should check out the original MLP TV special "Rescue From Midnight Castle", Firefly really was a badass.

Ahhh that makes a lot more sense now, thank you. You learn something everyday!

    14. Yes, Pinkieshy and Firefly are awesome.

I also recommend watching the first G1 special, Rescue from Midnight castle, the best G1 'episode' and it's quite dark.

It's actually quite similar to the Friendship is Magic pilot, a villian wants night to last forever and gets defeated by a rainbow.

    16. 1st: Don't think that that would never happen but cute story anyways.
2nd: Thought that it would be like that other comic about the staff in one of the other EqD posts

    17. Pinkie Pie breaking the 4th wall getting old? It was already old when we knew she was the offspring of a Looney Tune and Deadpool. :P But it's still nice to see her doing her weird stuff or else she wouldn't be Pinkie Pie. =D

Also... about the second one... I still can't call myself a brony - "borderline brony", maybe? -, but I have to say I felt heartwarmed when I read Fadri's strip of the week.

I hope Lauren Faust sees it too. It's a nice tribute to what she has done with a horrible show, turning it into something that even those of us who never thought they'd enjoy a show with pastel-colored ponies are grateful for.

(And no, I'm not saying anything of this because I know the author - who I actually know, great guy my Fadri man -, but because this is how I felt when I read it, he's a DAMN GENIUS)

Faust never, at any point, said she "hated" previous generations. She grew up with the generations, collected the toys and used many of them create her own version of characters, some that were never in the series to begin with; so why would she make a statement of hating them and also working for the very company that produced them?

The 'mane6' as bronies call them, are similar to those seen in generation 1 movies. Faust had an issue with how shows aimed at females in general were produced, it has nothing to do with hate.
