Exactly one year ago, in the bowels of /co/, our fandom mascot was born out of what was most likely just some bored animators behind the scenes joke.  Since her inception on that fateful day, she has grown from random background pony with googly eyes, to having her own specialized scenes. Derpy was the first time Studio B officially acknowledged us within the show itself, and as season two continues on, I'm sure we will see more of the bubbly gray mail-mare emptying apple bobbing barrels, and wrestling with the mayor of Ponyville.

Game Hunt: Twilight Sparkle

Gameinformer does these "Game Hunt" articles every once in a while, where one of their graphic designers hides a bunch of video game paraphernalia from various companies in screenshots of higher budget titles.  They recently released this one, with Twilight Sparkle sneaking past the "gaming only" rule. 

Now normally this would be Nightly Roundup stuff, but I'm liking the idea.  Would you guys want to do something like this regularly over here?  We could make Cereal do it, because hes not busy at all with work and school, nope!

Trixie Was Almost Celestia

Not only did Trixie go through a Colt phase, but apparently, she was almost Celestia too! The voice actor (Kathleen Barr) for the Greatest and Most Powerful narcissist nearly landed the role, but was beaten out by Nicole Oliver in the end. All of this was reported over on Lauren Faust's DA page.

I for one am perfectly fine with our current obnoxious unicorn.

Her Great and Powerfulness can wait though, it's voting time.  Welovefine has been collecting tee shirt designs for quite a while now, and the day has finally come for everyone to swarm their site and pick a winner.  With over one thousand to choose from... it's going to be a rough decision!
