Oh hey! Ponies Make War has a new title image.
Sorry about the lateness on this. Me and a few of my gaming friends discovered Skydrift, and while playing found some more pony fans who recognized my GREAT AND POWERFUL Steam name. Needless to say, time since the roundup has been all about making eachother crash via missiles, machine guns, and EMP shockwaves.

Ooh. Binkie Pie's the only one I'm reading here. but I've been meaning to try A World Without Rainbows for awhile.
A World Without Rainbows sounds like it might be interesting, but I suspect I'd have significant issues with certain parts of it due to how I interpret the events of Cutie Mark Chronicles(what they meant psychologically for the Mane Six and so on and so forth) differently from how the author might have interpreted those events.
It won't stop me from taking a look at it, though.
Definitely using that new cover for ponies make war as a wallpaper. I love the darkness put into it.

Love PmW's new pic. paints a very dark image of the fic I suppose, but it's to damn good!
You get so much grimdark because people love to kill off ponies and plunge what is a near utopia of a society into anarchy. It's just too fun to pass up.

No you get grimdark because people love ponies and love grimdark and want to combine them. Unfortunately there are people such as myself who love ponies and love grimdark but are so incredibly unhealthily emotionally attached to the ponies they hate to see them combined.
