Anyway, does anyone know how many chapters this story will have? I'm just about to finish Apotheosis and I'll need something new to read after that. I just don't want to be stuck with another incomplete fic, even one that updates so often.

Just read it now. The last episode may well have annihilated that excellent, excellent fanon.
Originally, I believe the author estimated It Takes A Village would be around 16 chapters. It may be running longer than that now, though it seems to be heading towards the big confrontation (keeping in mind that I haven't read this chapter yet).

It Takes A Village remains a favorite, and School Daze knocked it out of the park with this latest chapter. Outstanding story collection this morning.
Sorry, just not a fan of shipping. Nothin AGAINST it, but alot of story-driven ship fics i've read just sucked.

^It takes a village barely has shipping in it. Seriously, I don't even know WHY it has a shipping tag when the shipping makes almost no difference to the outcome of the story.
