This is one of the more interesting Pinkie Origins I've seen. The internal logic is sound, and I can kinda see how this would progress to the previous "how does the cannon work" comic.
This explains so much. Of course Pinkie Pie comes from space. :)
Love it, keep'em coming!
So Magic is from nanorobots?
*blinks and thinks of how Star Wars Episode 1 destroyed his fond memories by making the Force turn out to be some tiny little aliens and less mystical then it was*
...
*RAGES!!!!*
Just kidding. lol This I can deal with as it's fan made and there's more then enough room in this fandom for all sorta of crazy fun stuff.
The ponies are not nanorobots. However magic that they utilize is based off of nanotech floating around them (which of course isn't visible to the eye).
Just when I stopped trying to figure out Pinkie, this comes along. Somehow, this all fits. Why else would Pinkie be so much different than the other ponies. Either that or there's even more to Pinkie than we'll ever know.
The first part strangely reminded me of a setting of flash game named “Legend of Kalevala”. Also, if rainbow was supposed to be encoded message, then who the hay is Rainbow Dash?! I won't accept if you tell me that it wasn't her rainbow.
Twilight and Rainbow Dash's abilities are purely genetic. Applejack's comes from character installed through upbringing. Fluttershy got her animal communication powers as a defense mechanism due to sudden immersive exposure to the ground world, and Rarity developed her artistic talents as a reaction to her stolid midwestern upbringing.
Pinkie Pie? She was raised on an Amish rock farm, but one day she saw a rainbow. When that happened, something haDJBLLEPSHHHHRRTTTAAAPPHH&&&$$%%@@@@@## and that's how Equestria was made.

Ohh part 2
Uhh... First?
First
I believe it is "Itty Bitty Little Twinkie Pinkie"
Lol, that was well-written and drawn. Isnt this the same guy who did the party cannon one? I recognize the captain Lokey.
Was that a "The Thing" reference? Or is it just me? Anyways, I liked it
The levels of epic in this are off the scale!
No just...no. The ponies are not nanorobots. My head canon can just not accept that in any way, shape, or form.
@Bombedrumbum
Yes, yes it is the same guy.

@Flutterguy

This explains more than it should....

I got better.

AND THATS HOW EQUESTRIA WAS MADE
So very many much Pinkies. I think I know where Berry Punch came from too now... lol
D'awwwwwwwww! Dat little squeeing Pinkie in the fourth panel of the second comic. So darn adorable.
Dat Pinkie Pie backstory. :P
I had a blissful smile on my face while reading this
So are pinkie's rock farm parents nanobots? This explains so much.
The possibilities that lie within!
I approve.
I smiled too :D
this is possibly the best thing ever

So much win!

@JohnH Ah, my fried!! It's been brain!!!!
I want a Pinkie Pie.
oh wow! this comic blew my mind! O_O
Damn it! Nanotech isn't magic. It does the amazing not the impossible
Why do this remind me of smallville :P
Pinkie pie breaking the laws of physics?
Aliens.
I love the science pinkie pie with that tech-priesty tail and robot leg.
@Stormcaller
To be fair, George Lucas intended the midichlorians to be mystical tiny aliens, not something that was fully understood.
