Hasbro, you have once again amazed me with how cool you are. Oh, and just to let you know, I occasionally catch something besides ponies on The Hub. Dan VS and some of the game shows are fun to watch. I also caught an episode of R.L. Stein's The Haunting Hour once.

This is honestly a touching sentiment from Hasbro, and not just because they went out of their way to show us they knew, and appropriated, our enthusiasm for the show.
I wasn't really sure what to expect when I hopped over to the page, and in truth I didn't expect to see a giant group shot of everypony we've come to know and love over the past year. I felt.. well, a little disappointing there for a moment. I know, I know! I feel horrible about thinking that too. >.<
As I looked over the image though, I noticed something that didn't immediately jump out at me.
Lyra's with Bon Bon.
Colgate's with Berry Punch
Octavia's with Vinyl Scratch
It was at that moment my heart felt the need to melt.

I was playing the Castle Creator game (#noregrets) and along with the mane 6, Spike, Celestia and Luna, Derpy was an addable pony into the scenes!
Why is Canadian website doesn't have that link lists?
I like how Lyra and Bonbon are right beside each other. Same with Vinyl Scratch and Octavia, even if they're a little farther apart.

If that's 11 mb, then I'm the Queen of Equestria. That's just the regular 3kx1.7k poster, not a high-quality recreation.
It seems they decided to swap out the 11MB version with a lower quality version to save bandwidth.
Here's a download of the high(er) quality 11MB version. Of course it's nowhere near the resolution of the fan-made vector version, but it does allow you to see the ponies in the balloon.

@BZKlint You're right! I had to search the JavaScript to find the function its calling. It checks if parameter b ( argument derp) is NULL.
I couldn't find derp assigned a value anywhere in any of the .js files linked to it, so I'm going to have to assume they're using derp as NULL.

Hmm, it IS 11mb, but it's still only 3x2k in resolution. It's still NOT higher res than the images that appeared during Comic Con 2011.
You should probably add that it only comes up for the US version, Seth. The Australian version is completely different.
I already have that enormous one printed on 42" x 28" paper and in a frame with a glass front.
But I downloaded this anyway to give them hits on their site for being awesome:D

With that out of the way. What a world, even the website has subtle shout outs to us. Is it any wonder why I love this fandom?
My favorite part about the poster is that they incorporate a little fanon (whether this is on purpose or not I can't prove, but the chance of it being just coincidence is low I think). For example, look at Lyra and Bon-bon in the middle...They're totally hitting it off. Dr. Hooves is sadly not next to Derpy :( ...Better though I think, is that Lyra, Bon, Vinyl, and Octy are all right next to each other in respective pairing order :D
I'm trying to imagine going to Kinko's and having a huge version of this printed. The look on the staffs' faces would be priceless when you tell them its for yourself.

This show was nothing really special to me, just a good quality kids cartoon. I could be off watching adventure time /w Finn n Jake or Dragonballz Kai, but it's this freakin awesome fanbase, along with its super acknowledging Creators, that make it stand out from the rest. Good job guys, and may this fandom go on forever.
I had a fun time trying to get my computer to open up the 30,000 pixel wide version. Finally just waited about a minute for Windows Photo Viewer to load it. I'm guessing the huge, fan-made vector version of this put in OC ponies in the hot air balloon because of the color difference. That's fine, for their work they should be in it (assuming that's who they are).

Just jumped onto Hasbro's My Little Pony site... What the hay! They have not realized the potential/implication behind having an adult audience have they? The opening song nearly made me puke as I rushed to silence that awful Celestia voice. What is with the toys and the connect the dots pictures?
What a joke, let's hope they actually change their strategy to offer some kind of decent supplement to a show that stands on its own.

I'm thinking this, or they want to keep MLP purely as 'little kid' franchise. If they worked this, I think they could end up with another phenomenon like StarWars (i.e. super-CashCow for ALL demographics) which I think odd since Hasbro makes a LOT of Adult StarWars "replicas"/"Collectibles" (ForceFX Lightsabers @ $120 each, selling like hotcakes) so they SHOULD know what they're dealing with...

@Shutterfly if you're even half serious about making a huge version printed, you'd be better off with one of the GIGANTIC fan made versions. I have on file the 22MB one, but there's also one that's about 50MB but I didn't keep it, Irfanview balked at giving birth to that baby. earch Equestria Daily for Comic Con poster, you should find it easily. I believe the downloads are on DeviantArt. Yay295 here has a download he's promoting, but he hasn't said yet which version it is and which file size.
@Yay295 details are magnets: which version is in your mediafire upload? The fan vector version? Early version? Fixed version? With logos? Without logos? 22MB? 50MB? With border? Without border?
