This one has added a password system, and a bunch of new little platform mechanic additions to make. Check it out below, or by clicking the image above.
Games good and catchy, if anyone wonders clicking pinkamina won't traumatize you though i'd advise you to turn your volume down a bit, theres an annoying noise.
@Adrian Brony After Pinkamina and on the noise screen. I right clicked the game and clicked 'play' in the flash player. Doing that skips to the next screen and that's where the "You are ill" screen is. But, if you do the same thing again it goes back to the beginning.
hmm, well judging by the comments there is even more to discover by decompiling it. *le sigh*
But yea, no idea on what to do in the game to get there. He said think outside the box, so I did. xD Plus, those parasprites make it hard to just do random exploring.
@Adrian Brony yep, i clicked download the swf in Chrome. Then, i widened the window. On that screen it says "Stop looking at me" then there is an "@J 0098645"
Also, if you can view the file in a program that can open a swf, you can view a frame that's a creepy hallway. But, other than that...it's all I have managed.

J= Tenth letter of alphabet. I would think @J implies at lvl 10. The phrase Almost there is reminiscent on lvl 10's password,"almost"
There are ten levels
Naturally there are also ten passcodes, blank being lvl 1.
Also, clicking on the words "There is so much more to hear and see" or whatever they were sends you to the death screen, whereas PLAY sends you to the main menu.
Perhaps it has something to do with the order of levels you choose. Of course just to throw a wrench in there, the pinkamina level is labeled as level 0
Oh and as for the Exit Hallway screen, I don't think there is much of a mystery to that. It's just an image that splashes up before the ring and after the lvl 0 screen. Subliminal message :P
My comp lagged out on the milisecond where it shows up and I saw a glimpse of it. That's also why you can see it by clicking forward on lvl 0, and back on the ring screen.
Did the game just change on me? I can't get to the normal "You are ill" screen. Instead it's like some kind of corrupted version, and there is a string of nonsense(?) characters hidden in the black that you can highlight... Also, when you widen the screen, some of the red on blue text has changed as well....
The code is base64 which leads to an audio file named PASSWORD.WAV and the password in the file is 3: (screencap from a spectrum analyzer: http://ge.tt/80Ig6d9/v/0) but it does not work in the password field or the "you are ill" screen.

Oh wow. Okay, so first, click on Pinkamena on the game over screen. Do some stuff. During the beep, right-click and 'Back' to get to the red hallway which seems to do nothing. From the beep, right-click and 'Play' to get to the You are ill screen. Before the update, there was nothing there.
I presume it's an update because dying at level 1 used to give you the password for level 10. Now, the password section is blanked. The "!YOU ARE ILL0000" screen looks a bit corrupted and there is text hidden in the middle. Right-click and 'Select All' to easily highlight all of it.

The thing is... I don't know what base64 is. But after googling 'base64' and fiddling around with the options, the code gave me a rapidshare link to a .wav sound file.

I guess it has something to do with level 10 since the "!YOU ARE ILL0000" screen says "AL%MOST TH?ERE?" and the password to level 10 is "almost".
Go to level 10 and just press 3. There's Pinkie's four imaginary friends and you touch Dash and... that's it... That's all I know so far. Apparently, there's all this, but I didn't see any of those and I can't find them. Anyway, hope we find more interesting stuff here. If we can't, who knows? Maybe there'll be another update later on.
Also, use the EqD greasemonkey script. If simple mouseovering isn't working for you, it's your own goddamn fault. XDDDDDDD And use Chrome. Or anything that's not Internet Explorer. IE sucks.
you can sort of break level J by jumping to the left into the pit at level 10, then pressing 3 right when you're at the maximum distance between you and the land. You fall into sky.... weird,
Well, that's cool. Although, it's almost no different from the other secret ending where pinkie turns all her friends into pinkamina. Instead it's just Pinkie almost reaching Rainbow, and then the screen goes out.
Correct order of discoveries: -die, click Pinkamena, see score 432809 -use 432809 as password, get screen with base64 text to decode -download wav, decode to image, find "3" -Type "3" on the last level ("almost"), get level J
And that seems to be as far as we've all gotten, ingame. Then there's the mystery link posted by the author which was music with a hidden message. Take the 18s to 34s range of the song, slow it down, reverse it and lower the pitch, and you get "I have a message for you, 139356jx. I have a message for you, 139356jx. I have a message for you, 139356jx"
Typing 139356jx in the password field IMMEDIATELY switches it to another messed up screen, changing the title to "super pinkie world 0", the password to "HELPME?" showing the message "6ejh999%FIN3D))ME%1000" and putting all ponies on the right side upside down.
Nothing more has been found so far, besides another cryptic hint that some password needs to be typed on level J. People have also noticed remnants of level 10 in level J and vice versa.

I pressed 3 at the platform before Rainbow Dash, and Rainbow Dash and one cupcake is right there at level J! So there... are two Rainbow Dashs in level J...?
Okay, guys! I pressed 3 at the end of level 10 and got to the second Dashie in level J. I tried jumping to her, but fell, and I saw two or three other ponies passing by! I don't know what that means, though.... My friend got to the second Dashie, too, and when she was falling in the blue she right-clicked, pressed "forward," and got the regular "you've won" screen.
Ah, nevermind about the "other ponies." It was just Miss Turnip and Dashie. If, when you're falling in the blue on level J, you right-click and press "back," you go to some weird blank-ish version of all the previous levels.
Yeah... I'd kinda have to dig through all the replies to see it all. >_>; Can you make a post here telling about all your findings? How you found it all, and what is at the end of the rabbit hole?

There's one more thing to note... when you type your "3" at the very end of the 'almost' level, while jumping towards RD, you end up in level J and finish it 'correctly', without the flatline.
This doesn't do anything special though; just goes to the same 'Good job!' end of game screen. Also, there doesn't seem to be any way to grab the cupcake in Level J AND win.
So, I read the solution, and everything, but a friend of mine pointed something out to me that I'm frankly too scared to check. She told me if you jump off level J and fall to your doom, and then right-click and keep selecting "back" while falling... well, all she said was "EVERYTHING IS BREATHING", which I'm too terrified to investigate. Anypony find anything like this?

Iùm kinda investigating one of the other numbers on the spooky screen, namely 0000098645. I found it suspicious that level 0 (the Death level) has exactly 5 ponies, while there are 5 zeros. So I summed up the 5, in order, and then looked at the ponies in the other levels.
Upon further elaboration, the backgrounds/lava in the empty levels pulsate the way the water does, so to her it looked like breathing. Not as terrifying as I thought. XD;;;
Very nice, though. Look forward to more from this creator.

for real skillz do it legit pinkie pie style. You are forced to hold W while playing so you are always jumping.
It's really fun but on level 10 you are allowed to walk.

I managed to get the password because it was the number listed as the score when i was looking at it in the swf viewer.

Loved the first one when it came out and love this one too! I'm glad there's a password system in play, makes things that much easier.

Really fun but it seemed a bit buggy... Especially the cave level and the bog level.
