I was going to say that the Diablo 3 shirt is unrelated to My Little Pony and is an old joke, but then I remember the hidden pony level rumour. Maybe Blizzard was giving us a hint to it and their bronydom years in advance.
I'm really excited to see how Fluttershy works in Fighting is Magic. Out of the mane six, she is the trickiest to get a fighting style for. I've got a feeling she will play like Pokemon Trainer from Brawl and her finishers are the only times she directly fights. We all know the Stare will be her finisher.

That Diablo 3 shirt wasn't inspired by our favorite show, sadly. A few years ago people were complaining that Diablo 3 looked to bright and colorful to be a Diablo game, so the developers wore that shirt to Blizzcon as a joke. They're just now making it available for fans.

Ah from the look of that Fluttershy preview, im guessing her ultimates will be calling in Harry the bear and the Manticore as well an assortment of woodland animals. So she will probably be the passive aggressive type (fitting) that summons in minions to dish out the damage, will be interesting to see.
Not every brightly colored pony is a MLP reference, but if I'm not mistaken Blizzard employees have mentioned the series before, and the DC superhero alicorn came from a compilation of clips we were told had something from Faust. You have to see how we could have made the leap.
Also, I'm totally topping the mini tree in my dorm with Celestia as soon as the printer starts working again.
Derpy is pretty much gonna be the running gag this season. At least one appearance in every episode, even if that appearance wouldn't make sense and/or is Easter Egg-ish in nature. Probably the best way to go about it.
However, I won't object to a Derpy-centric episode. That would automatically win Best Episode™. Especially if it would be one to actually give a sub-plot to explain all her appearances.
