Pinkie happened
Hmmm, something I've noticed. I lose interest in songs very quickly. If it doesn't pick up right away, I usually move on. With all the music I compose, I try to start it off with a nice melody that keeps the listener interested. Just because a song doesn't pick up, doesn't mean it's bad. I'm just saying that the listener may lose interest. Especially if there are 3 songs to go through.
i wanna say, I'm sorry for what happened to the last post if i was in any way responsible.
also, i wanna say i love #1.

actually, it's far too much work to spam 1 stars. I might just give up the effort. <_< the only thing it has accomplished is i think it's gotten more people to vote just to counter the 1 stars. which is a good thing. more votes = good.

Hmmm, more music. I'll have to listen to 'em tomorrow. And seriously, is the reason why Equestria War Z got dropped was because of the low ratings? Because I actually like the story and want to see more chapters of it, thanks Jelfes for the link :)

@wackypony If they weren't voting before, I don't think that one post getting a low rating will inspire them to vote on more posts. If someone has an opinion that they want to be displayed on a post, then they'll vote on the post. By spamming the ratings you're either crushing the hopes/effort of the author or giving them false security in the quality of their work.
The ends do not justify the means in this case.

I must agree, just clicking a star without knowing what your voting on sort of defeats the purpose. Though, this has been going on a lot lately so I'm not sure if I can trust the stars anymore.

Not to mention you were driving away possible readers, as there are some that read fics based on their ratings(though that is a somewhat poor way of determining which you'll read).

Seriously, though, if I was finally posting my music, or if I finish my fanfic, and then somebody spams the one-star rating, then i'd be disappointed greatly.......very greatly, and probably even disheartened and lose faith in my work. Your argument in no way balances out

@JelfesWell, turns out you're right, because I'm the author, and my hopes for it have been thoroughly smashed because I had to fight for almost a month to get it up, and then it got trolled to death in 10 minutes.
1. Easily earned a subscribe from me! WOW!
2. Made me get diabetes!

#2 If a song could be candy it would be this song. That combined with Pinkies animation cycle has given me Diabeetus.
