Heh. I'd put that orchestral Nightmare Night as the theme song of the haunted trail Luna will be running next Nightmare Night. ;)

#2 expressed something that makes since to Fluttershy's character.

#3 The beat is catchy and the rythum was smooth

#1 Really pretty decent orchestral composition based off the original. I think I still prefer the original more (I know, I know lol), but I also like this rendition as well.

#2 Nice little piano piece. I could fall asleep listening to this.

#3 Also quite enjoyed this piano piece. People love their C Minor. :)

I haven't listened to them yet, but before I do:

Nightmare Night.
Orchestral Version.
By Woodentoaster.

The amount of awesome in that description alone is overwhelming.

I have 107 orchestral songs, yet I still enjoy other peoples peices more. Maybe it's because it's nice to hear a different style other then my own for a change. Great job to all of you.

Im always up for a Winter Wrap Up remix.

This one gave me all sorts of crazy nostalgia. Don't know why...great tune though.

#1 Very cool
#2 Will be sleeping to this tonight.
Love the music in this fandom.

I liked Hush now Quiet now the most, Nightmare Night is awesome, but I'll stick to the original, Toaster style just feels more appropiate for that song, and that was such a dramatic version of Winter wrap up D:

Bombedrumbum said...

@Aspectofthestorm someday, when I finally raise enough money for the musoc software, I will surpase you.......

Amazing job though, that's quite an accomplishment!!

Re #3:

It's astounding how a proper composition can make a bouncy little song from a kid's cartoon sound downright melancholy...well done!

Harwick said...

Wow... these all blew me away. Such a great job, and that Winter Wrap Up version just grew more epic as it went along.

Bombedrumbum said...

Winter wrap up (i've done it on the piano) was written in the key of C Major. thus, turning it from c major to c minor eas an easy and natural transition, producing a powerful effect. Besides, C minor kicks flank!

I tell you, nothing beats the klavier... Just love the sound of it.

So awesome! /)^3^(\

My favorite is the orchestral version of Nightmare Night. The original has gotten tons of play in my car for the last couple weeks.

The other two songs were great as well, and will also make it into my car. Good work, fellow bronies.

/)*(\ Brohoof!

Try listening to second and third at the same time. Ahh... :)

StormWolf is one of my favorite music bronies, remixing Glaze, my other favorite music brony.
I AM THROWING MONEY AT THE SCREEN BUT NOTHING IS HAPPENING

I really like the first two but the Winter Wrap Up in C minor was simply amazing. Beautiful.

Keep the music coming guys! Doing a great job!

#1 Love it. I like orchestral pieces and this one was pretty well done. It's a good one to have to just listen to the music and not have the lyrics.

#2 This one would make me sleepy if I were to listen long enough. Maybe throw on some Rainymood.com and I wouldn't stand a chance.

#3 Interesting how a change of key can give it a completely different feel.

fairykind said...

wow winter warp sounds sad but I like it,its sounds sad but its very well done.

naahdude said...

#2 is literally perfect.

Hagil said...

@the third:

Only good music this time ;D

Pyrobug said...

Ah C minor. Does anyone not love C minor?

Koji said...

I'd been dying to listen to the third one, my phone didn't like the youtube link on it for some reason, at home now and just... wow.

Side note: Does anyone have a collection of all of these great classical mixes of the songs somewhere? Or even a mostly complete one? These are the types of things we as a fandom should be showing off to the world. While there is a lot of artistic bits to our fandom, drawings and fanfics aren't everyone's cup of tea... but classical style renditions are something that almost everyone can share and enjoy.

The Lullaby cover gives me serious flashbacks to Ocarina of Time with the subtle string swells. And yes, that is SO a good thing.

Awesome. Awesome. And also Awesome. Straight to iPod.
