The day following a new episode, we're going to start posting some of the aftermath stuff that people send us- little clips from the episode that were particularly noteworthy, funny screencaps, or what have you. Think of it as the afterparty.

New headcanon: Derpy lives with Fluttershy.
Still uncertain about those new faces, but who knows, ill probably get used to them.
There's bound to be a FMJ voiceover of Dash's speech anytime soon, im surprised it's not there already.
Still missing: Pinkie's detached front right leg, Rainbow's mislayering with a duck, Rainbow's reversing tail... eh. It's been reversing since the first few episodes, but it's getting worse lately, up to the point where our blobby RD up top has it.
If only I knew about this! I make a new demotivational after each episode (in addition to the ones I make every Wednesday) Well there's always next week.

Memes only count as memes when they catch on and become popular. Just because someone looks at something and says "WHOA, I BET THIS'LL BE A MEME, IT SHOULD BE!" doesn't make it one. (Plus, people try to pull memes out of everything. It's really tiring.)

Is it just me, or is season two shaping up to be even better than season one? The animation is even more fantastic than it was before, and it's obvious that they took brony fandom into account in writing the scripts and screenplays.
I love this show... so... much.
Cereal, there's a lot more than just this stuff: I'd make future posts of this nature larger, if I had any say in the matter.

The scripts for season 2 were written (and probably recorded) before season 1 was halfway through airing, so I don't think the brony fandom has had much influence on this season, aside from Derpy's rise to prominence.

Personally, my favorite part of the new episode was the introduction of Equestria's newest monster: The Quarray Eels (those things were crazy-awesome).
I knew, from the moment I saw that scene in the episode, someone would use the "Meet the Soldier" trailer for it. I just knew it!

Hey, I felt a little bad for the falcon too (not to mention the rest of the potential pets -- the whole contest was kind of a dick move on RD's part), but you're missing the point a little. Yeah, it won the race, by LEAVING DASH TO DIE IN AN AVALANCHE. That's not really a quality one looks for in a pet, you know?
I had a feeling there'd be folks saying she should have gone with the falcon, but it still saddens me a bit. Even Rainbow Dash admitted that viewpoint was shallow!
Annnyway...I love the idea of this new feature. It's just what I've been looking for, actually. Now I don't have to dig through hundreds of comments to find this stuff. Yay.

The facial expressions in this show have always been awesome. My favorite is still the look on Dash's face at the end of "Swarm of the Century" when they get back to Ponyville and see it's been destroyed. That expression is gold. And to everyone saying Dash was being a jerk in this episode, chill. She's the type who does what she wants and doesn't care what anyone else thinks, and sometimes, she can't tell that it might be perceived as rude. That's just how she is. Would you rather her be a girly-girl like every character in every previous generation of MLP? I think she's an interesting character. She has her flaws just like a real person. She (along with the rest of the mane 6) has a more complex personality than I'm used to in kids' shows. You can have your opinions, but I think RD is awesome, especially considering she's not the type of personality you'd expect from a show called "My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic." Also, great episode, great song, and that part where Dash is wearing sunglasses with her hat backwards was awesome. Pony's got swag.
I like the idea with "Follow up" post. But it definitely needs to be larger, there are so many things spawning right after the episode.
Totally looking forward into seeing more of such posts.
The second and last of the faces are especially fine.
The glasses are, honestly, getting old. The animators did absolutely fine so far expressing feelings and whatnot through the ponies themselves and they have no reason to start using so obtrusive tools now.

Fully approve of a "Follow Up" post, every week churns out an insane amount of vids, pics and screencaps anyway. Might as well organize it a bit.
Spot the Derpy, the animators did say they were going for a "Where's Waldo" approach going into the new season. Even I missed that the 1st 5 viewings of the song. I wonder where or what she'll be next week.
I was surprised by the new facials, but they work so far. There's actually a few more durring the song but they're blink and you miss them.
Love the idea. this'll be fun.

I hate it when people pull that "do you seriously like this?" line on anything. :\ It just seems terribly rude. "I find this thing so terrible that I would rather assume that you are joking than that you actually like it. Because that would be terrible."
Sorry, that's just an enormous pet peeve of mine.
I can't speak for anyone else, but I can assure you that I like the faces and I am not trolling you.
That said, I think it is fairly safe to assume that most everyone else who said that they like the faces did, in fact, like the faces.

Maybe it's just me, but when he can lift with his face what Equestria's strongest flyer can't budge (Not that she tried), it's worth a naming convention.
"Mr. Galaxy" seems to be pumping out audioswaps by the truckload, he's developed a knack for getting audioswaps of the newst episodes on the same day too.
I'm still upset the maya plugin broke for his source filmaker (he thinks valve will fix it when he's using an outdated pirated piece of software. Poor guy.) but at least he's making these instead.
i spoted that derpy in the episode on TV and i was like...."wait....go back.....pause......OMG IT'S DERPY OMGGGGGGGGG *dies*" i was laughing so hard my sister yelled at me ;u;

Did anyone watch "American Dad" tonight?
I laughed my ass off during the home movies segment. Steve ends up coming in last in a derby racer shaped like a pony. It was light blue, with a rainbow colored seat, and it's mane and tail were kinda magenta/purplish, kinda like scootaloo... though I think the racer was a unicorn.
I couldn't help but laugh at that color combination on a pony shaped derby racer... I had to laugh at that!

Also... The moment RD first pops up from the rubble after the avalanche and tries to escape the rock, only to find herself trapped is @ 16:24. From that time to to the very moment Tank and RD touch the finish line @ 18:31 is exactly 127 seconds.
Derpy screenshot looks like a photo of a paused FiOS DVR (you can see the pause symbol next to the title). Why it then became a screenshot of an imgur page instead of a link/embed remains a mystery.
