I'm not a big fan of such harsh animations... The reason I watch MLP is not because I want screaming and insults, it is disturbing all together and there exists more than enough of that already. Just let MLP be what it is.
Asshole? Somepony is quick to judge someone. But seriously, I've seen how several of you just don't see the whole picture and judge her nevertheless. At least rewatch some of the first seson's episodes and pay attention.
Anyway, the yay-censorship is the best (although cenSoarin' is fine, too)!

The reason I dig on Trixie is because she never learned from her mistake. She never said sorry or anything like it. She showed no character growth after being saved from a near death experience.
Dash learned, though. She realized how much of an a-hole she was being and set things right.
What I find curious is that people dig on Celestia more than Rainbow Dash. Rainbow Dash has always come off as a bit more malicious in her pranking to me.
The one with the flippers is the one that swims. The other one is the long-lived slow land herbivore.
@Superwaffle530: I've never heard ANYONE call a Snapping turtle a terrapin before. Terrapins are a select number of breeds (famously cute little common pet ones), NOT Snapping turtles.
...As for the episode, shoulda had a Goshawk in the mix, have you SEEN those things fly through small gaps??? CRAZY SKILLS!
Song was cool too. I totally do that when one of my friends show any interest in having a pet.
Dash isn't an A-hole, she's just not thinking of others first. She always makes up for it in the end though,(that's why she represents loyalty?). Also, I've learned more about turtles and tortoises than I have anywhere else. -- I *yay*ING LOVE PONIES!
Dash is an asshole at times, it's one of her flaws like having an inferiority complex; we've seen her being an ass in season 1, but her heart is at the right place. that's a good thing too, because it gives her a chance for character development.

Hey Seth thats not the real Rainbow Dash. They just want us to love her less so that they can continue making no episodes about her. Because its hard to draw and idolize at the same time. And if you don't believe that then it doesn't matter she learned something.

Rainbow Dash acts like an ass, she learns through the course of her episode, and sets things right. Thus growing as a character.
Trixie acts like an ass, flees from the conflict and thus she doesn't learn anything, undergoing no character growth.
That's why Trixie will be ragged on for being a jerk and Dash won't nearly as much.
