Blogger has a flaw in it's system that allows you to vote multiple times from one PC. <.< I won't say how because i don't want to feed the trolls. I just stumbled upon the flaw one day.
actually, it's easily 'fixable' if you require a log-in to rate. it still leaves room for abuse but not as easily exploitable. most trolls would give up if they had to make multiple accounts just to troll ratings.
1. Rainbow never said she had good featherponyship. It's why she doesn't do paperwork as a weather pony.
2. Come on, where are the Billy Hatcher jokes? You know the obscure gamecube title? The hero spends the entire game in 'Morning land' and is always wearing a chicken suit that give him special powers. It's begging for a crossover or joke at this point. (If anyone has any info on such a thing existing I'd like to see it.)
Also I believe the Muffin Queen asked for her muffins. Hoof them over Pinkie.

"Hey Applebloom, I got a pencil you could borrow." "Uuh Scootaloo, did ya brush yer teeth this mornin'?" #2 And here, we have Derpy going through muffin withdrawal. I do believe it's time for an intervention. Dinky must be feeling so bad for her mother.

Since that mare-do-well episode Rainbow has taken a steep nosedive on my fave pony chart. She's now on par with Trixie and Blueblood, two others who think they're Celestia's gift to ponydom and better then others. I hate people/ponies with an overgrown ego and sense of self importance.

@wackypony I'm pretty sure I know how to do it, and it works on nearly any site, too, if they don't check for MAC address, that is.
