I've said it a million times before, but these guys are probably the best way to show Hasbro that we are a serious market, so get out there and vote!

There's SO many and most of them are meh, so I actually think anyone with a legitimate design has a chance of winning if I advertise themselves right! Since people won't go through all 1000+ shirts, they'll just get linked to specific ones by the designer.
HOWEVER, given you have to JOIN the site to vote that's gonna turn off a lot of potential voters. I know for a fact I lost at least one vote. Kind of blunt the way he was just more or lee like "Oh what? Register? SORRY DON'T FEEL LIKE IT, LOL." Yeah...okay...that was nice.
Someone make a Luna Guevara shirt. I will buy a million of them.
There's only a few Rarity submissions I really like. How disproportionate. Although, there's still plenty of good shirts that are deserving of a win. Wonder how many will make it through this time.

I think someponies forget they need to remove the background if they simply take a screenshot from the show.
And then there's also the ones that are so obscure that even a brony couldn't tell it's pony-related! About half of them look like a real effort was made, and the other half I could probably do in gimp in less than an hour...

Just finished looking at all of them. Honestly only thought about 10 of them were exceptionally clever/funny or something I'd want to wear. WHERE ARE ALL THE GREAT ARTISTS FROM DEVIANTART?
So much chaff, I submitted but I haven't found mine yet.
Even considering the high amount of crap here, there's still more quality designs than there were in the first contest.
Also, the sweet & tasty one with Pinkie must happen, I don't care how. I love it.
I'm very disappointed in the quality control for these contests. I understand that the actual winner's will be filtered, but having 1000+ and not even half of them used the submission guidelines?
I submitted two designs, but it's hard to stand out when people are voting on stolen fanart that they didn't even put on a mockup t-shirt.
But please, everyone should vote regardless because it raises the grand prize with every 100 votes, no matter the design.

So much meh. You'll find a few gems among these designs but they need a stricter quality control when it comes to submissions.
I'm seeing too many joke entries and OCs.
Yeah, lots of disappointing entries, copy pasted memes make up for a large portion of these.
Still, there's some great stuff there. Im all for subtle designs a brony can recognize immediately, yet passes unnoticed to those unaware of the show.

Lots of submissions didn't follow the rules at all... single images, walls of text, unaligned with the shirt, stolen art, posting already used designs, OC ponies...
I'm loving the designs that actually have work put into them, but sifting through the other 95% of crap is annoying.
I think the site is hoping that the voters will filter out all of the really crappy ones for them. I'd make a negative comment about how lazy they are, but they actually had a really good response time when I messed up one of my submissions.
Anyways, like I said, I entered the contest as well, though now that I look at it I think only 2 or maybe 3 are actually decent...
Also, I would prefer to have more subtle brony shirts to buy. I'm a big fan of the show, but I'm not the kind of fan who will flaunt around a bright pastel pony shirt. I'm not insecure, it's just not my thing. There are some good subtle shirts in the running (mine is "Stenciled Harmony," if you're interested), and I hope at least one of them gets made into an official design.

A literal facehoof there. Out of the ones I've seen, there were only a few that I could really see happening. The DJ Pon-3 shirt, in a similar style to the wonderbolt shirt from the last one is probably going to be one of the winners. I also got a chuckle out of the "I am the new Rainbow Dash shirt."

So dang many submissions. It's staggering. I concur there are some less-than-stellar ones in this list. Especially ones that didn't follow the guidelines and possibly simply put someone elses art on a shirt design. I'm sure those won't make it to the final round anyway however. But there's also some really great submissions in here too. Voting is so hard.
The only one I REALLY liked was the one with derpy and the ED-209. If that gets in there I'll buy one shipping and tax be damned!

I dont know why they kept the one image that is just a pencil sketch of an OC Pony? I think? I dont know what it is. A few of them arent even set to the template and go beyond the border that they provided.
It was fun to draw the designs up. :O Though, I probably shouldve done more. Maybe!
To SELECTED ARTISTS: If you can't be bothered to come up with a design that's at LEAST as good as the pony designs already, don't rip off or create fan works that are subpar. It's time consuming to vote on, and just makes you look bad. YOU DON'T HAVE TO ENTER! Out of the 1034 designs, maybe 400 were good, with less than 50 being spectacular. The rest, either you weren't trying, or you just decided to enter to say you entered. It just keeps people going longer and longer from finding good stuff to vote on.

like a lot of people said though, I don't understand why some which are clearly not qualified (not 1000x1000 images, not 200 DPI, not on the T-shirt template, and that break the "art boundry box" ) are even able to be voted on? :/ I mean shouldn't those have been DQ'd? Ah well, i'm sure most of those ones wont win anyways, it just makes me curious since it really could have lowered the numbers to wade through when voting.

I think you only need those if you actually win. Like, the full copy needs to be sent to them.
Two of the winners from last contest didn't even use a t-shirt template in their submission.
The amount of OC ponies, over-repeated memes and just plain stupid/unfunny ideas was... astounding.
I voted five on less than five shirts.
Next contest calls for some quality control. I mean who in their right mind is going to wade through 1000+ shirts, most of which are downright awful and/or don't even follow the rules?
Lotta chaff to separate from the wheat in this one. 1/2 hour in and still no 5's.
I know my design isn't technically original, but I'm hoping it was good enough for other people to at least enjoy a little bit. >.>
I really think you guys are overreacting on the rules. The company itself obviously doesn't hold it to that high a regard if they approve the submissions...
They're not using the exact image from the submissions when they print a shirt anyway. Obviously they will be requesting more files from the winners.

Having to register for the site is a bit off-putting admittedly, but it also prevents people from votebombing by posting misdirecting links everywhere and getting people to click on them. There have been more than a few online contests over the years that were either ruined or called off because some wiseguy decided to get their forum buddies to all rush a site and vote up the worst entry for lawlz.
That said, at least the good quality designs stand out much more against the bland and subpar stuff. Although honestly they need some way to flag designs that blatantly don't follow the rules so that they get dropped early on.
There are way too many shirts to rate. So far best imo is the Octavia 1 that has a ♡ made out of 2 left octaves

That's one of dreatos' designs i think. It's not bad. I did rate it a 5, but I think there are some that also deserve a 5 rating.
There are a lot of terrible designs, but it is totally worth it to find the few treasures there. :)

Sibsy at Deviant Art liked it enough to add it to her favorites, so whether it gets any votes or not, I'm still pretty happy.
The thing is, I'm rather inexperienced with Photoshop - until recently I've been a traditional artist and never worked with digital art programs. So when I created my design in Photoshop Elements and Xara, I didn't know how to put it on a transparent background so that the shirt behind it would show through. I've since learned how to do that, so if by some happy circumstance my design is chosen, I hope We Love Fine will let me fix it.

Also, I do agree with most of the people here. Most of the entries are absolute crap. I did a partial voting when the site had 700 entries and I ended up giving 10 or so designs a 5 and 40+ designs a 4. The rest were 3 and below.
For those wondering if this contest actually has quality control, it does. I had a design disabled because it didn't "tonally coincide" with the theme of the show. If you're curious as to what it looks like, here it is:

Someone at the contest site has commented that he doesn't think I created the image on my T-shirt entry, because of the lack of transparency beneath the images. I've already commented about my lack of knowledge about transparencies in my post above. As for whether I created the image, well, I did. I won't quibble about the execution critiques; they have a point.
If that "adorkable" definition shirt wins, I'm definitely buying it. I'd also buy the Snails staring shirt in a heartbeat, but I know there's no way on earth that one will ever get made.
It didn't take me 4 hours to get through all the designs, despite having to restart my browser twice, but yeah, they could definitely use better quality control next time. I think about 60% of my votes were 1 or 2.
Some are okay, some are ..not so great. I didnt vote very high for designs that used vectors. Chances are they entrant didnt even draw/make them, and they just got them from off of DA or elsewhere.

I'm with everyone else here. At least half of those designs took about 5 seconds to make and are either all text or crude cut-outs from screen grabs.
Many others break the boundary/size rules, but the winning design from last time did that so...
