Just buy red paper and a glue stick. Fold your own red envelope. The construction of a red envelope is fairly simple. Then, cut out the pony and glue it to the front of your envelope.

I've already seen a pony birthday card at Walmart. It was for a 3 year old girl, but I'm sure it would work for Bronies, too. Just add a 0 after the 3. ;)

So made a little shopping trip today. Picked up the wrapping paper, a set of the crystals, and two of the Pinkie 2011 ornaments. Took two Toys R Us' and K-mart, but i got my whole list!

Thier are two types of images, Bitmaps/Rasters and Vectors, a bitmap simply store the image in binary where as a vector stores the images as a mathmatical forumlar.
Bitmaps loss quality when you make them bigger, Vectors don't.
Vectors have an unlimited resolution.
Common vector file formats are .svg

Vectors are also used for making billboards, t-shirts, and other stuff that requires changing the size of an image.

I work at TRU but haven't seen them yet, though I'm also in Alaska so we may have to wait a bit to see them. Soon as I do though, EVERYONE GETS DA PONIES.
