@Bobbyzero: the Blue Angels are Navy, as was the Top Gun weapons program as depicted in the film of the same name. The Navy has a solid claim on Dash, I think.

For those wondering, I've been active for 5 years, and fly as a crew chief and rescue swimmer for the MH-60S. I can only wear the RD patch when I fly, but that's because our squadron's policy is it has to be military related when we're walking around on base. That and most people assume a rainbow patch means "something else."
It's probably been overdone already but... The military has now become 20% cooler. xD

I think it was an error; I've emailed the EQD staff asking them to fix it.
If there are 2 meets, then both should really be listed to avoid confusion, but I highly doubt it.
If in doubt, go on Sunday; that one is confirmed as happening and it's where I shall be heading.

I think it's awesome you're willing to wear that as a patch. Rainbow Dash's cutie mark is easily the best on the show as far as I'm concerned.
It's a shame that rainbow colors have to merely be associated with just one sub-culture. The colors are meant to mean all-inclusive, symbolically. That's what it was adopted to be the basis for, now it's just seen as a pride thing to use.
Gotta fight to make it a neutral and all-inclusive symbol again. So I salute you sir!
(And in case anyone thinks I'm in any way bashing gays, I'm not. I am one in fact and I never appreciated the use of the rainbow color as a gay-only thing).

That patch is more influencing than every Armed Forces Application commercial EVER.
Ooh, Chrome themes are nice. I use FF for the most part, but Chrome is my backup browser. Think I may use that Vinyl or Luna theme.
The RD patch on that pilots uniform is simply awesome. If I were in the military and my superiors allowed it, I'd totally have one too. And what's more fitting for a pilot than an RD patch, right? :D

I don't really get ripped on by the pilots or guys in my shop, because at least 2 guys are fellow bronies, and another 10+ people I've shown parodies and PMVs enjoyed them.
Had a chief ask me last week what I was wearing. I told him it was a My Little Pony patch. His response? "Nice!"
