I don't think that the MLP cast will be good halloween costumes. Maybe if they changed them to look scary, but MLP don't really fit in Halloween.

Y'know, I've always known how to pronounce Lauren's last name correctly. But somehow I often still pronounce it "Faw-st" instead of "Fow-st". I do not know why but I'm working on it. lol
That RD costume is rockin'. A costume contest you say? Aww, that would dishearten me even more since it's not looking like I'll be able to put together the Halloween costume I wanted in time. Sad face. :( Bet you can't guess who I was going to dress as. lol It could be a really awesome event and way to see many cool pony-themed costumes though.

I've been using both versions of Faust for a while, Switching between both without noticing. To be fair, the only other places I have heard the name is in Guilty Gear and in old legends about guys selling their souls to demons, so you can forgive me if I get it wrong. Its an awesome last name to have.

The one thing I dislike about season 2 is that they haven't introduced any more male characters, background or otherwise. I'd love to dress up as a pony for Halloween, but I'm not going as a girl. I made a custom Rainbow Dash costume myself. I don't think it's nearly that impressive though. I have no ground for dying hair, so it's just colored felt on my hooded sweatshirt.

I actually didn't dye any hair for this...I used a rainbow base wig and added to it (and made the tail) with wefts of Kanekalon hair, which you can buy online as "Jumbo Braids." I just used hot glue to hold it all together. (Can't say as to quality, as this is my first time working with wig hair, but it wasn't too difficult to use.) And yes, it's quite warm down here in AZ still, unlike the Midwest. ^_^;
As much as pony cosplay is a train wreck, that one is pretty good.
I'm totally game for a costume contest, although I'm afraid someone else will do my idea as well. My wife and I have been working on MLP costumes for about a month now!
