Nothing about what little we've been shown about Luna indicates her as happy. And for the record, I think For The New Lunar Republic is a rather bold twist on Luna. But she doesn't "do" happy. Not with that shade of purple.
Anyways, here's my opinion: #1 Second and third parts I loved. First, not so keen on #2 Not bad, a bit repetitive though #3 Meh, decent, but I've heard better. Nice to see a song with Sweetie Belle though. Also, why hadn't I noticed the DUMB FABRIC!/DUMB ROCK! correlation before?
1. good, makkon making great music as always. 2. sounds cool, must download. 3. not too sure, i dont really like songs that hav too much phrases in them.
@luna nothing's wrong with your colours, they suit u as lunar princess perfectly.
#1 Not too shabby overall. The Empire of the Golden Sun part was my favorite of the three.
#2 Eh, sounded alright. Usual slow and softer Luna song. lol It mixed it up slightly from others at least. Though I agree it sounded a little repetitive perhaps.
#3 I liked this one alright. Has a kinda more unique sound to it.
@Luna The image that comes to my mind when i read this is you twitching one eye and speaking in Twilight´s today´s episode maniac voice. Yeah, seems pretty happy to me.
@Luna I agree that you can indeed look happy, and that's not a creepy smile, it's one commonly seen when you ACCOMPLISH something, but aside from that you don't need to be known as a happy pony, although i'd love that, since i myself are a fan of you. But i like to think of you more as the Logical or Brave Alicorn. I do wish that are are actully a happy Pony, just that most ponies think of you as a sad pony, but the eyes of those you cannot see do not matter.

#2 was okay, it didn't give off much emotion like they usually attempt to do.
#3 Said it before, I don't like dubstep, but this was still pretty well made, really repetitive though.

#1 is awesome, as Makkon tends to be. I especially like the Golden Empire part. If that gets made into a full song, it'll be a good day.

I'm working on a fic right now that has some happy Luna moments, and some psychotic manipulative Nightmare Moon moments in the same story.
It's ridiculously fun to write, actually. I guess this is why people write fan fic...
