Go to episode 12, Call of the Cutie in season one. He comes on screen and just randomly pops the balloons Applebloom was trying to hide behind.
Whether or not there's more to him than that... I don't know, that's about all he did (in G4 at least, no clue if he's in the previous gens).

Like all the cool fun Discord sculptures too. Since there's no real base to use for him, they can vary quite a bit in poses and expressions.

@the cowboy smuggler Actually that Rainbow Dash custom is not accurate. The tail colours are backwords. Purple should be on top, Red on the bottom.
