The word "Huzzah!" is literally hundreds of years old and is still used in the military. It's not a reference to Balrog, it's a reference to Luna's medieval education.
It took me a while to get the first one, but once I did I found it hilarious. It only makes some sense if you've played Ocarina of Time, but the punchline is that the comic is referencing Majora's Mask.
Mind you you could also take that joke to refer to that one week wait that comes with each new MLP episode, though I don't think the scarecrow would freak out over that.
In Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask the moon is going to crash into the earth in 3 days. To beat the game, you must continually move time back and forth in order to stop it.
#1 Ditzy-doo is basically about crash the moon into the earth and destroy everything. I had to think about it for a moment, but thought it was pretty dang funny once I got it.
