The script needs a proofreader. I thought that the author didn't have a fluent grasp of English at first; he's listed as hailing from the USA, though, so it seems more likely that he just needs an editor with knowledge about the art of grammar.
I don't think Big Mac went missing, he just got bored and stopped wanting to see Fluttershy. Instead he wants to see other ponies, which is why the other pegasus pony walked past her. But I could be wrong.
I was interested in this, but then I got to page 7. Then I read on the first page comment it is inspired by Cupcakes. FlutterMac may be my favorite straight shiping but screw this noise. I have read enough GrimDark Fluttershy stuff to stay clear of this.

The idea seeming to be to put a dark spin on her "You're going to LOVE ME!" rant after she gets jilted. That's not Pinkie in page seven, but a dark version of herself.
So the "Cupcakes" mention is certainly worrying.
Now, I have nothing to do with the comic and couldn't tell you how far it may go or if it might turn around and have a happy ending... but that does seem to be the theme.

Poor Fluttershy. I can see where this is going; she either kidnaps Big Mac and keeps him locked up in her home forever, or she does something psychotically creepy with him. Or she murders that OC thing.

hmm... Let's think about this. Fluttershy admits that her animals are sometimes too much for one pony. Big Macintosh tells Fluttershy about his ambition to have grape farm, but Granny has objections. A pony similar to Berry Punch shows up to have a meeting with Big Macintosh.
Conclusion? I think Big Mac is speaking with this pony about perhaps investing in a new farm: a farm to grow perhaps cherries (by the looks of the cutie mark) with enough space for Fluttershy's animals.

I don't really enjoy f/m shipping. I can deal with shipping between spike an rarity or something, but why Fluttershy and Macintosh? Seriously, I don't even think they meet once throughout both of the seasons we've been given so far. With other shipping I can read because it actually connects with the logic of the Series, but m/f shipping is a huge stretch and doesn't really fit in. However, I will read it and I must say the plot developed really well for just seven comic strips. Well done!
I liked the first 6. The 7 was kinda dark, but as long as the entire comic doesn't head in a grim dark direction, I can see this being a cool, kinda internal conflict with fluttershy. It'd be her low self esteem or something.
