I think I've developed "spelling error blindness." I usually don't notice spelling errors because my mind automatically jumps to the correct word anyway. This probably means I'm a terrible copy editor. Oh well.
On a side note, I will second Bloomberg's notion of "Not usually into OC's, but this was alright." I can only imagine what will happen in the future. If MLP can produce this much content in a year, then what will happen over a period of five years? Since we are at the beginning, the prospects and potential is simply amazing.

My Thoughts After Reading It: The "Caaaaaaaaake" got me. I liked it. A lot. I usually OC stories just because I prefer the ponies I know, but I thought that this one did a pretty good job with very little to work off of in terms of characters.

#1: I've disliked the 20% cooler meme since it started. Sure it was funny when rainbow dash first said it; it's not funny to reference it all over the place.
#2: Reeks of the boring old straight man and wise guy pairing. Err, straight mare and wise girl, I guess. Anyway, I've seen enough ostensibly sane people reigning in their crazy friend to know exactly where this is going.
The art was pretty good though. Captured the style of the show nicely; I could almost see these character designs in the show proper.

i dont understand why everyone is so intimidated by OC ponies. Its understandable that some ponies take it a bit too far every now and again, (for instance, an OC pony who was Celestias half sister and the daughter of a dragon, with the power over space and time.) but some ponies are really creative and make very interesting and unique characters.
